If we're doing dream teams, Super Dragon and Nigel McGuiness. Nigel needs to transform into a really nasty badass.

This is going to seem like an odd choice, but I'd love to see this in ROH. Give me heel Nigel from really early in the year, and give me the totally serious and pissed off Cabana from the Homicide feud and make him heel as well.
I don't know the reasoning behind the team or what exactly they would do, but it's a duo I'd love to see use that act.

Hm. ROH kind of already has it in Samoa Joe and Homicide, although that's more of a "Mega Powers" type team. As far as heels...I guess Bryan Danielson & Jimmy Rave qualify, thanks to Rave's recent upgrade. Seriously, the ROH heel lineup has suffered since Homicide's face turn - Chris Hero is now the top heel in Danielson's absence, with Rave close behind.
So I guess it would be Danielson and Hero. Hero and Punk if I can include ROH alumni.

In ROH, Joe and Danielson. The two most dominant champs in the history of that company teaming up would be a total takeover.
In TNA....Maybe Sting/Jarrett or AJ/Jarrett, but Jarrett would have to be one of them.

I'm pulling for Nigel and Low Ki going after 'Cide in '07.

You know, a company like ROH could do wonders with a storyline like this. Have Joe get screwed out of the title when he gets his shot. I don't know how, but somehow he gets cost the match. (Just say for the sake of argument that Dragon is back by then). He gets in Joe's head about how he was screwed out of the title (BS of course) and about how Joe just was, and that they need to start taking control of things themselves. And then just have them go on a total rampage. I think that could go over HUGE.

Hell, I... theoretically might look up RoH for that.

I actually just had this thought recently, after watching GBH5 and seeing the almost surreal sight of Joe and Homicide teaming up after three years of on-again/off-again feuding.
To me, a heel team like that needs to be a duo of hardass, brutal heels, not sneaky heels, or heels who focus more on finesse than anything else. A team like this needs to inspire fear in their opponents individually, and make them soil themselves when they realize, dum dum DUUUUM, they're a team now.
Really, if Joe had at some point turned heel and teamed with 'Cide, that would've been the biggest "Two man power trip" type team since the Austin/Hunter teaming. Joe and 'Cide are both booked like complete badasses in ROH, the almost unstoppable, not to mention uncontrollable, tough guys, who, on any given night, can break you in two. I imagined the commentary guys selling a Joe/'Cide heel tandem as a sort of "nightmare come true" scenario for ROH, with it taking an elite face team to stop them.
Now, though, it's hard to say, as, with Dragon's temporary departure, 'Cide's turn, etc., the "tough guy" heel scene in ROH isn't as strong as it was. Rave could be that guy, but he's still pretty fresh off of playing the sneaky heel role, so that'll take awhile. Hero also plays the cowardly-but-skilled-and-scheming heel, so I couldn't place him there, either.
Also can't use the Havana Pitbulls or Briscoes, as both, while great tough guy teams, are regular tandems.
So, I'll say, should he ever return, a Low Ki/Danielson tandem could fit that mold.

In TNA, I'd say Jarrett and Christian would make a pretty good power trip type team. It'd be even better if they had Tomko as their silent muscle.

In TNA, Samoa Joe and Abyss, Christian, or Jarrett.
In RoH, Samoa Joe and Homicide.
