Scott Ita (pronounced "eye-duh" or "eye-dah" either is fine)
Technically is should be pronouced "eye-tah" but I have officially changed the pronounciation. My dad and sister seemed to have gone along with it. Pronouncing it "eye-dah/duh" is easier. Although, most people mis-pronounce the name anyway. The most common mis-pronounciation is "ee-tah."
"Ita" is of Swedish descent. I am proud of my Swedish heritage. Although the only typical Swedish features the Ita's have are pale skin. No blondes in our family.
Also of note, when my girlfriend and I go to restraunts, I use the name "Johannson" when they put us on a waiting list.
