Here's me about 12 miles (I think) into my Half-Marathon I ran in Allentown, PA this past Sunday. If it wasn't for an unexpected diarheaa problem, I would have finished a 1:41 (~7:50 per mile), but I finished a 1:50 (~8:26 per mile), which costed me 5+ minutes and a mile.
Damn, dude. That's some shape you're in. I wish it only took some diarhea to stop me from running a 7:50 mile. I used to be able to run 90 minutes strait in a whole soccer game. Now I don't think I could run the length of the field. Heed the Truth commercials. Don't smoke.
Thank you. I did a 1:43 in December near State College, PA, which officially is my best. I want to get good at a marathons, but I currently don't have the time to run/train that much, nor the money. On the other hand, if nothing goes wrong, I can run a Half-Marathon strongly...even with blisters on my feet. OW.
