He wrestled for years under his real name (Yoshihiro Asai) and without a mask early in his career.

Kendo Nagasaki Dusty Rhodes Tully Blanchard There's been multiple Kendo Nagasakis, most of whom have wrestled under several names. Of the two most well-know, Peter Thornley wrestled under his real name before creating the gimmick, and Kazuo Sakurada wrestled as Mr. Sakurada in Stampede, and The Dragonmaster and The Kamikaze King in NWA-WCW. Dusty was Midnight Rider in Florida. Tully wrestled as Midnight Stallion.

Mr. Fujiwara, Shintaro Fuji. The Total Package. Ok I don't think shortened names should count. If he was called Mr Fujiwara, it doesn't matter if that just gets shortened to Fuji later on. And they always referred to Luger as The Total Package Lex Luger. To the best of my knowledge they never just called him Total Package. "Watch out there, nice armdrag from Total!" I'm just going to name some random ones. Feel free to confirm or deny any of these: Tiger Ali Singh Tony the Spider The Goon Hillbilly Jim Paul Orndoff (even when he was Mr Wonderful, he was still referred to as Mr Wonderful, Paul Orndoff,) Rick Rude (even when he was called 'Ravishing, he was still called Rick Rude) Alex Wright Larry Zybsko Mark Henry Dan Severn Kabuki Ric Flair Duke Drosse The Nasty Boys The Steiners ('nicknames' like Big Poppa Pump don't count, he was still called Scott Steiner) Micheal Hayes Bertha Faye there are some names like Kamala, Rocky Johnson or Skinner, but they probably wrestled under a different name before my time. Or not, I don't know

Pretty sure Luger actually used The Total Package as his name in WCW, around '99 or '00.

Or not, I don't know Michael Hayes was Dok Hendrix in the WWF For a while Luger said no one was to refer to him as Lex Luger because Lex Luger was dead and he was simply The Total Package. But we don't need to count that because he was just "The Narcissist" in the WWF for at least a match or two.

Pretty sure Luger actually used The Total Package as his name in WCW, around '99 or '00. Yeah, he had a rebirth and pairing with Liz to the end of WCW he was just The Total Package. Also, I think he debuted in WWE just as Narcissist, with them not using "Lex Luger" until later on in his heel run.

Regarding Dusty, not only was he the Midnight Rider, but Mr. Ichiban and Uvalde Slim as well, and either Frank James or Jesse James in the James Gang (Magnum TA was the other).

Tiger Ali Singh was Tiger Jeet Singh, IIRC (possibly not the same guy?)
The Goon was Wild Bill Irwin, half of The Long Riders in AWA with his bro, Scott "Hog" Irwin. They kicked much ass.
Alex Wright was Berlyn, his SRS, bald, non-dancing alter ego. The announcers dumbly outed him whilst he was a mystery man.
Micheal P.S. Hayes became the announcer Dok Hendrix, virtually a eunuch as compared to his mic work in UWF.
Bertha Faye was Monster Ripper during her tours of Japan. She never got to show her stuff. Too bad. I would have like to see her in a bloody feud with Luna Vachon.
Rick Steiner was originally billed as Rob Rexsteiner under the tutelage of "Hot Stuff" Eddie Gilbert.
