Kurt Angle is headed to WWE whether TNA folds or not. Listening to him on JR's podcast really sold that idea to me. Correction: He'll TRY to go to WWE. And I'm sure they'll give him a Legends deal. But getting him in the ring would require wellness testing that he probably wouldn't pass even if he was clean of drugs. Angle is Misawa-before-he-died-in-the-ring levels of broken down. He SEEMS like he is clean. But who knows.

Honestly, don't think Aries it too old to go to WWE. Not saying he will, but I don't rule it out.

I think Hardy and Angle will go back to the WWE, but everyone else? Who knows. Lashley is not nearly as bad as people here make him out to be, and I think he'd fit well in the current WWE, but I'm guessing if there was a real chance for him to go back he would have done it instead of going to TNA. I thought he tried to get back, but they weren't interested that time. If he does go back to WWE, he'll either join the New Nation or he becomes the Ahmed Johnson that feuds against them.

I honestly don't want any of the older guys back in WWE, as I think that would be a step backwards for them.
Idk if EC3 would go back to WWE considering they didn't see anything in the former Derrick Bateman to begin with. As petty as management can be, they might bury him for "proving them wrong".

My prediction , Angle & Jeff Hardy & Dudleys all head to wwe : Angle as a part timer , Hardy fulltime, Dudleys as trainers ( with occasional matches , think nao most recent run - but it wont suck) I dont see them hiring Matt Hardy. considering how he quit.

Honestly, only the former WWE stars who did not burn bridges, like Anderson/Kennedy, will go to WWE. maybe Joe, but not at the shape he is in currently. Also all the TN wrestlers will have to go to NXT to adapt to the WWE style, i just dont see Joe adapting at all. Magnus can, he has a chance in WWE.
Aries probably does not have the patience to start from the bottom again, nor Storm, Rhoode, Young can forget WWE, Abyss as well. As for the KO, only one might be Britney for she is a relative new comer. Others have burned bridges with WWE, or have too many ugly tattoos , like Velvet and LOVE, to be accepted, plus again, all have to start over, which i cant imagine both doing.

I would be absolutely gobsmacked if any non-former-WWE stars end up in WWE. Even a single one would be surprising at this point. 90% of the roster will either retire on the spot or work random indies. Maybe a couple will be of interest to one of the larger Japanese promotions, a few of JJ's friends may end up in GFW if that ever gets off the ground, maybe someone heads down to Mexico. It feels like most of them are likely to all but vanish, though, at least in a wrestling-related capacity.

I don't know where everyone will end up but I know that if I was Jeff Jarrett, I'd be on the phone to Borash straight away. I don't think anybody works harder than he does.

If WWE wanted nothing to do with AJ Styles, they will take no one from TNA except the two biggest stars they have had before: Angle (in some capacity) and possibly Jeff Hardy. They were both massive stars in the WWE and its an easy thing to do. Bobby Roode is really great and I would love to see him in the WWE, but WWE is all about growing (programming) their own guys now. I just think he's too old for them to consider and will assume their audience has no clue who he is. Maybe Kenny King would get a shot, but I think its slim. I think they would take Bully/Bubba as well, but I think he'll just focus on his school rather than go back on the WWE road. If he did go to WWE, it wouldn't be a full time thing.
I don't see anyone else going to WWE at this point.

Damn why is Aries 36?! There is no justice in this world. He has done that much in his career that he deserves a shot in WWE, and the fact that it won't happen really is terrible Aries moveset is perfect for NJPW though. So hopefully they will give him a spot. He has never been there before right? (I would look it up myself but I am going out in like a second)

No way WWE will take Velvet, unless Bubba forced them to. She wrestlers equally to Eva Marie, but has 9 years of experience ahead of her, she wount fit into TD show, is past 30, and cannot compete with the likes of Paige and Aj, and now has a very ugly tattoo covering her entire arm, which is not what WWE wants from a female wrestler. And her being TNAs golden girl will be a stigma for her in WWE

People should start calling Regal now and kiss his ass so that he can put them over to triple h and get a developmental deal.

I could see WWE taking Bobby Roode and trying the Alberto Del Rio push with him, but more likely he'll become ROH's latest main eventer.
Samoa Joe probably takes a long time off to rest his body. NJPW might be interested in him, given how gaijin-happy they are nowadays, but Joe has always had trouble getting booked in Japan. He's probably going to settle into a part-time deal with ROH - he's so important to their early history that he can get special treatment from them. I doubt WWE is interested in the "not Anoa'i" Samoan wrestler when he's as broken down as he is right now - maybe they'll surprise us, but I just cannot see Joe taking a full-time WWE deal unless they want him as a trainer/agent (if he and John Cena are still tight, that'll mean the world for his chances there), or as a sort of NXT standby who doesn't move up to the main roster.

I don't know if WWE would pass on people because of stink, but rather there's no more room on the roster. When you've already got prime wrestlers jobbing on lower shows, a seriously stacked developmental, and amazing talent that hasn't even debuted yet, do you really want to bother picking up aged wrestlers or even "fairly good" ones?
