I lost count of how many times it seemed like TNA was on the verge of really doing something special and every last single time they messed it up themselves. They never could, in all these years, get out of their own way.

Ouch, well I can't say I'm shocked, but it wouldn't be TNA if they didn't go out for a really stupid reason. Still I hate to see people losing their jobs. At the very least I hope that everybody there can find something else that's just as good if not better.

They made it pretty clear to TNA, from all acounts, that they didn't want Russo. So what does TNA do? bring in Russo. It's their own damn fault.

I don't know if I ever posted on the TNA board before, but I do feel bad that this might really be the end for TNA. One of the reasons I started watching wrestling a lot more was TNA, I was flipping channels and saw that Christian Cage had just won the belt, and was like "I remember Christian Cage from No Mercy!" and then they had Team 3D and I liked Prince of Punk at the time, it was a good show at the time and I loved the X division.
If TNA goes down I think it'd be more of a cautionary tale than a specatular meltdown like WCW was.

I really like TNA, but if it's true that the Russo thing is what cost them the deal, and they knew how Spike felt about him, then they deserve to go out of business.
