They took a 6'5, under 30, good looking foreign guy who could wrestle/talk and did absolutely nothing with him. I wouldn't count on them having a clue what to do with him if he came back again. We talking Drew or Cesaro? Seriously though, glad to see him back. I'd honestly probably try and go to one of the local shows if he was on it. First one I ever went to, he was main eventing for the title and I ended up marking for him more than I did Gangrel (And BARRI). He ended up losing by DQ after he got clotheslined and kicked his opponent (James Mason, A.K.A the jobber who beat MVP in London) in the balls. He then cut an awesome promo talking about how he deserved a rematch, and if we want it we should all cheer (Which we did, naturally.) I didn't see the match, as it was at the show later that evening, and I, being 12 at the time, didn't have anything in the way of expendable income and didn't want to be in the rough area of town that late. Just because of that, I want to see him succeed, because he's an awesome talent, and I can truly say I've seen him rise up from the bottom to the top. He deserves to succeed, because he's got the look, he's got the ability and he can cut a promo when he turns it on. I know people go on about WWE f***ing up with people, but in my opinion, they truly did with Drew. They should've capitalised on him after that Elimination Match. They should've either made him a heel who mercilessly beats his opponents so badly he gets DQ'd, or made him a tweener and given him the same kinda unstable gimmick Dean Ambrose has.

Damn, that's a tiny ring. It's not that small really, just the angle of shots/size of WWE rings are so much bigger. The WWE uses a 20x20 feet ring, this one is 16x16 which is the standard for almost every independent and non-independent out there. Due to the production values/style, and when a big wrestler (like Drew) steps into a 16x16 it both makes the wrestler look HUGE and the ring look tiny. The WWE often spoils us with how clean/big/open their ring/ringside area actually is, but I like 16x16 solely as I'm a childhood WCW fan.

That was awesome. The pop when he flips the hood off is tremendous. Dude couldve been great had the WWE used him decently.

Why bother? To turn him into a near silent bore or comedy act again? Well some of us want to be able to enjoy his work. That won't be happening in WWE. They had him for years and couldn't figure out how to use him even though he just showed them how to do it.

It was crazy to me how WWE couldn't figure out that his look could have gotten over just by itself. Tall, Long Hair, Scottish accent.
In terms of appearance, he was a bigger, stronger, Shawn Michaels. If they had just given him a personality when he started, he could have caught like wildfire.

I'd like to see him and Morrison in Jarrets new promotion.

I wanted him to be HHH's protege when Hunner was first acknowledged as an authority figure.

Wade Barrett who always keeps up with the UK Wrestling scene replied to Drew's promo Man, Barrett/Galloway feud would have been tremendous. "Yeah, and if I was around for the Siege of Orleans, Henry Lancaster would've become King of France! Wait..."

If they give the man something good to work with, then yes. You can’t make chicken soup out of chicken “snot”.
