Would explain why Tony looked up to him so much that he named his AI after him. What I'm most curious about in Civil War is finally exploring what Peggy Carter meant to Tony. Did he have much exposure to her as a child? Did he learn of many of her adventures from Jarvis? Does he hold her in contempt since she's a work colleague of his father's and partly blames her for him never being around? Since we're updating things, that all seems out of the picture. Spoiler-free version: the only reference to Peggy Carter in Civil Was is them finally confirming Sharon Carter is Peggy's niece.

I thought they'd explore that plot point but it ended up not being much of one at all.
