I gotta get back to Camp Randell this year. Haven't been to a game in three years.

For Oregon there is always Stanford Dude, I know they are like kryptonite. UCLA is gonna win the PAC 12 in my opinion. Oklahoma will only lose to themselves(if they are as good as they look on paper). Auburn, Bama, Ole Myth, S. Carolina and Mizzou ought to be real tough this yr so picking the SEC is a crapshoot. FSU will lose a game or two but I think they still win the SCC baring any tremendous surprises. UCF will not repeat their dynamic season of a yr ago but I don't care enough to pick the AAC winner. The B1G will come down to the winners of MSU/Michigan and Ohio st. Nebraska still won't win more than nine(sorry Bo). The playoff run will be glorious. November will be more interesting than ever before

Who will surprise FSU this yr? Always happens. Who will end Oregon's dreams? If FSU loses it will be at Louisville. Oregon will get into the playoffs with one loss, to UCLA. I'm sticking with FSU, Oregon, Oklahoma, and Auburn as the playoff teams. Sparty wins the B1G again, they get Michigan and Ohio State at home. It's a favorable schedule for Sparty to be sitting there at the end of the year with 1 loss (at Oregon). As for the AAC, it's SMU or Houston, I really don't know.

I have Indiana 4th in the Big Ten East Division, ahead of Penn State, Maryland, and Rutgers. Of course, knowing Indiana, they'll finish 6th. Athlon's Big Ten predictions: East Division1) Ohio State, 7-1 conference, 12-1 overall 2) Michigan State, 7-1, 10-2 3) Penn State, 6-2, 10-2 4) Michigan, 5-3, 8-4 5) Maryland, 3-5, 6-6 6) Indiana, 2-6, 5-7 7) Rutgers, 1-7, 4-8 West Division1) Wisconsin, 7-1, 10-3 2) Iowa, 6-2, 9-3 3) Nebraska, 5-3, 9-3 4) Northwestern, 3-5, 6-6 Minnesota, 3-5, 6-6 6) Illinois, 1-7, 4-8 7) Purdue, 0-8, 3-9 I guess Purdue Pete winning best Big Ten mascot is our high-point? Sheesh...

Texas suspended offensive tackle Desmond Harrison, wide receiver Daje Johnson and safety Josh Turner.
All three will miss games, coach Charlie Strong announced. Strong also confirmed that RBs Joe Bergeron and Jalen Overstreet, and DB Chevoski Collins have all been released from scholarships. He added that WRs Kendall Sanders and Montrel Meander were also released from their scholarships following a sexual assault investigation.

If NIU keeps that alive and manages to get screentime during the argument phase before the playoff is announced, that coach will be in Gainesville next fall

It's admirable, but you hope it doesn't lead to him potentially having a couple of bad seasons and then being fired.

What you mean having your players eat orange slices and Capri Sun on the sideline during is loss is needed for a culture change?

Ted Agu's family will file a wrongful death lawsuit against The Regents of the University of California.
Agu died after collapsing during a conditioning workout with teammates in February. Cal team physician Casey Batten said he was pulled out of the run by members of the training staff and transferred by cart to the team's medical facility inside the stadium. "He was on the back of the cart, he was talking, he was hydrating, he did not exhibit any labored breathing or other signs until he got to the north tunnel," Batten said in February. A release from the Agu family's lawyers states, "Despite the symptoms which clearly could and should have been observed, UCB coaches and trainers failed to immediately come to Agu's assistance. It was only after Agu struggled and encountered obvious difficulties for a significant period of time that intervention occurred and he was placed on a cart and taken back towards the stadium, where he collapsed for the last time."

The SEC and Direct TV have reached a deal. Oh thank Christ Nice, didn't think they'd be able to hold-out but but I'm glad it's official. It's bad enough not having the PAC network. The PAC-network doesn't have a lot of games but they'll often have a solid one later on Saturday nights when things have otherwise died-off and I'm down to watching a MWC game.
