Episode 36: Welcome to the JungleWELCOME TO THE JUNGLE!! Van Damme plays the leader and coach of a wilderness team-building seminar that goes horribly, horribly, wrong. Van Damme stretches his comedic wings and Rob Huebel and Kirsten Schall bring some really great comedy to this one. Mainly a comedy, but Van Damme does fight a tiger - so there is some action. Enjoy the podcast and be sure to share it with friends. Also if you subscribe via iTunes, please help us out and leave us a review and rate our podcast 5 stars to help get the word out. We're also on the Stitcher Radio App for all you android users. Next week: Enemies Closer Only three or four more movies left!

Awesome. If there was a way to get me on your podcast to do a Sudden Death review, I'd love you forever.

JCVD’s first film was definitely one of his strongest with a splits count higher all of his earthanly films combined. Its our first podcast so check it out and spread the word if you like it. We’re currently getting authorized to be a podcast on iTunes and once we are you should be able to find us there by searching JCVD podcast or something Email us at JCVDpodcast@gmail.com with your own questions/comments or anything we may have missed. Pretty solid first episode. I'll definitely be adding the JCVD podcast to my rotation of weekly podcasts I usually listen to.

Speaking of JCVD, just saw No Retreat No Surrender recently, fun movie there. And I'll give a shoutout to Lionheart for a fun Van Damme flick. And of course, gotta have a TimeCop episode.

I've had my ups and downs - my fair share of bumpy roads and heavy winds. That's what made me what I am today. Now I stand here before you. What you see is a body crafted to perfection, a pair of legs engineered to defy the laws of physics....and a mind set to master the most epic of splits. - JCVD
Thanks to everyone for listening to the first ep and I hope you continue to do so each Monday.

Whoooa! I got a few emails from non-board members about how much they enjoyed the first ep! It was pretty cool - I gotta be honest. Small victories, you know.
Anyway @sigmax originally we were just going to do his stuff that was released in theaters, but we've gotten a couple of emails saying the same thing you have about his later direct-to-dvd stuff so I think we're gonna give those films a shot too!

Just finished the first ep. It's been at least 16 years since I last saw Bloodsport, but I still remember a few of the little things you picked up on.
I kinda want to start doing my own podcast about Mark Dacascos' films, as I think he's supremely underrated as a martial arts star. Problem is his commitment to working means he's never said no to any movie he's been offered, no matter how turgid, and I'm not sure I can out myself through the torture of I Am Omega, DNA, or The Hunt for Eagle One again.

Damn it, I need to find the time to watch all of these movies so that I can listen to the podcast. A lot of the JCVD movies I've seen I haven't seen in anywhere from 15 to 20 years ago, with the exception of Double Team, Sudden Death, and Bloodsport as those are my favorite JCVD movies.

Episode 7: UNIVERSAL SOLDIERThis week JCVD goes to head to head against another 90′s action star – DOLPH LUNGREN in the very 90′s sci-fi epic UNIVERSAL SOLDIER. This one didn’t really hold up as well as the other JCVD films we watched but still had a lot of cool stuff and Dolph’s monologues alone are worth the watch! Enjoy the podcast and be sure to share it with friends. Also if you subscribe via iTunes, please help us out and leave us a review and rate our podcast 5 stars to help get the word out. Episode 8: Nowhere To RunI mean, if the idea of both Van Damme & Rosanna Arquette showing off some full-frontal nudity isn't enough, this oft forgotten Van Damme new classic features some great villains, nudity, great frontier shots, nudity and boobs. Enjoy the podcast and be sure to share it with friends. Also if you subscribe via iTunes, please help us out and leave us a review and rate our podcast 5 stars to help get the word out.
