You guys doubt a story that contains a mother running at a man for buying a large amount of pies? Y'all jaded. No crap, pro-wrestling taught me you drop toe hold that woman, and lock her up in an STF until they call the cops on you. When you are arrested claim that dirty fink Anderson set you up.

I don't ever want to hear this story isn't true, it would ruin my life.
It would only be slightly less disappointing when I found out this wasn't real.

Half of me is thinking this is..... If it is not though, I give this guy kudos. A part of me likes it when someone messes with a spoiled brat.

The story is almost certainly bullshit because the source is F'N REDDIT. When will news sites learn not to take what's posted there as genuine information? What's next? "Facebook user is man with the largest penis in human history at age 12"? "U.S. Government infiltrated by Jewish cabal, says 4chan source"? "YouTube expert claims 9/11 was an inside job"? While also punishing anyone else behind that brat who wanted a pie? It's just fighting douchery with douchery. It'd be worth giving up a pie to spite that little shit. No one likes kids like that. No-one likes selfish assholes who hog stuff for themselves either. If that story were true (which it isn't. Come on, people) that dude would be the exact kind of people that kid would grow up to become. "It's all about me and everyone else can f*** off as long as I get my way". Unless I'm not giving up my pie (I don't eat 'em anyways) but rather a kid who isn't a brat and may even be an Honor Roll student. "Sorry you didn't get your treat for doing everything right, but it's okay 'cause some random kid you never met was acting like a jerk so this teaches him a lesson, somehow." f*** him, too. He has a whole lifetime to get a pie. This ain't his last pie. But it is a reminder that we don't reward misbehaving dickheads with pie. Sometimes you gotta lose a pie to gain a lesson. So what's the lesson for the people who did nothing wrong? I fail to see how ruining a good thing for everyone because you can't get over a brat being a brat is a lesson worth learning for anyone. Now everyone else has to deal with the brat, who will probably get even louder, AND they can't have pie. Hell, if you're going to Burger King, you must already be having a shitty enough day without some jackass denying you your pie. At least the kid just wanted something for himself, not take it from anyone else so in a way, the other dude is an even bigger asshole. People need to stop confusing "being an asshole" and "being a badass". And no, just because you're being an asshole to someone else who's being an asshole does not cancel it out. But thankfully this story is blatantly bullshit so whatever.

That and I doubt that they only had 24 pies on the premises, everyone else in line wanted a fried pie or it takes more than 5 minutes to fry a fried pie.

People need to stop confusing "being an asshole" and "being a badass". And no, just because you're being an asshole to someone else who's being an asshole does not cancel it out. But thankfully this story is blatantly bullshit so whatever. Obviously it's not real. I mentioned that in my first post. But if t was, I'd definitely be the kind of "asshole" that would do that. And I was a kid who wasn't a loud mouthed brat and knew my place. My parents, unlike the real villain of the "story", the mother, wouldn't have put up with that shit. The only difference is I'd have offered the pies to everyone else but the child and he mother. And I'd have felt no shame whatsoever in doing so. And the kid "at least just wanting something for himself" is irrelevant to me. It's part of the problem. Him "wanting" it at the expense of everyone else is tantamount to deserving to be punished. He needed a lesson, whether it stuck or not, that bad behavior comes with ramifications. That you just don't get to be a nuisance and win. He should not have been rewarded for his behavior in any shape or form. And it's all the mother in the story's fault. If it was somehow real, she should have pulled the kid out of the line and properly disciplined him. The pie thing was a punishment to her and a deserved one, because now she has to face how shitty a parent she is by continuing to have to deal with the fallout. Everyone else gets to go on with their day and tell a story about a guy who did something hilarious. She hopefully learned a lesson and has some common sense next time to keep the kid quiet, or preferably, in the car because he's a social retard. Oh, and I like Waffle House Burger King.

Come on, people) that dude would be the exact kind of people that kid would grow up to become. "It's all about me and everyone else can f*** off as long as I get my way". Yeah, this is my problem: It's just a vicious cycle of assholery. Punish someone by being an asshole instead of punishing them correctly they don't learn anything. They just get angrier, get a sense of entitlement, and think the world owes them something because they were "wronged". Also it shouldn't be up to people other than the parents to have to punish their kids which is also part of the problem(it's necessary at times, but it shouldn't have to happen very often), because it either lets the parents become even lazier and/or gives them a sense that they've been "wronged" by someone else and gives them an even bigger sense of entitlement. Parents need to stop being so afraid of punishing their kids without fear of Child Protection... either that or stop being so goddamn lazy.

I can't believe this story, for the primary reason that when I go to my local McDonalds for ONE pie, I can't because they're out.

I can't believe this story, for the primary reason that when I go to my local McDonalds for ONE pie, I can't because they're out. Because someone bought all of them before you got there to spite a child. In Baltimore, I would believe it. But the conversation I had at my location once went like this... me: Can I get a (insert flavor) pie? cashier: *stares blankly at me, as if he/she is not sure what a pie is* Uh....no, sorry, we're all out of pies. me: Uh, is there more in the freezer? Can you heat up any? cashier: *scratches head* Um...I don't think we're allowed to do that. me: Why? cashier: Can only set out a certain number per shift... I think. me: Huh? Is there is a pie ration I don't know about? Is it WWIII or an energy crisis going on, and all the pie for this week coupons have been used? Will the terrorists win if I ask the kid to walk 5 bleeping feet to the freezer, pull out one pie, and heat it up? I don't get it. If I have $ for 1 pie, and 1 pie is all I want, can't you just gimme the damn pie? *head explodes*

When no one was looking, Lex Luthor bought 23 pies.
He bought 23 pies.
That's a little more than 2 tens.
And that's...........not as terrible as stealing 40 cakes, but it's still kinda mean he did this to spite a kid!
