During the marathon, they had this thing that ran about the lifespan of a butterfly being 12 days, and they had a different animation each day. Anyone know where I can find all 12?

With the marathon doing extremely well, this probably shows just how popular and successful The Simpsons still are. Yeah, the newer episodes may not be as good as it's classic run. But if it was really THAT bad as some people say it is, then it wouldn't be on the air, I feel. But I'm glad that the marathon was a success.

Like I suggested before, they should really make this an annual tradition every last week of August to first week of September.

FXX is seemingly using both the edited and unedited episodes depending upon the day. Sunday's marathon and tonight's block of episodes are unedited, but the ones shown on Monday and Tuesday nights seem to be the edited versions.
An easy way to immediately tell the difference between the two versions for old episodes is that the full, unedited versions go to commercial right after the opening, while the edited-for-time editions go to the first scene.

I noticed that too when I watched Kamp Krusty episode again. During the long marathon, it had Krusty at Wimbledon and in the recent one, that was cut out again.
