She sticks out in this list and not in a good way. I can't recall anything HOF-worthy except her entrance. Uh, she was in the greatest match of all time, remember? True.

Trips and Jericho might be interesting. As might Vince (is he in by de-facto?).
But regardless of what happens in the future: Punk. That one's gonna be a doozy.
And im prayin' for Shelton Benjamins Momma.

Owen won't be going in anytime soon because of the circumstances of his death and because Martha won't allow his name to be associated with wrestling at all. Elizabeth Hulette's family has indicated that they will decline any request to induct her; they blame wrestling's lifestyle for her death. You will probably not see either of the British Bulldogs going in: in Davey's case, the potential for drama from Diana would be too great a risk, plus his induction would lead to calls for Dynamite Kid to be inducted (Dynamite being, in his own way, a far more influential force on wrestling as a whole.) To call on Billington to be inducted would, of course, open up the cans of worms that surround his most famous protege. On the other hand, you may see a Rougeau family induction for their work in building the Montreal wrestling scene. The families can wish to not be associated, but they can't stop WWE from inducting if they choose. No reason Bret can't accept for Owen. With Liz you could conceivably include her in Savage's induction (likely to be accepted by Lanny Poffo) I could see Davey Boy going in. Although one possibility to get around both him and Owen is just to induct the Hart Foundation stable.

The lack of tag teams in the HOF depresses me:
Midnight Express: Lane and Eaton Demolition: Ax and Smash Killer Bees: Blair and Brunzell Rock N Roll Express: Gibson and Morton Bushwhackers: Butch and Luke Nasty Boys: Sags and Knobbs Steiner Bros: Rick and Scott British Bulldogs: Dynamite and Davey Boy
I could name others such as teams that were at their peak around 15 years ago like the Outlaws or the Dudleys. Or I could include teams that have HOFers in them like the Hart Foundation or Strike Force but I'm kind of against reinducting the same people when so many others haven't even gotten their first opportunity yet.

Was just going to post that. There is a severe lack of tag teams in the HOF at this point.
How Demolition and the Midnight Express aren't in yet to me is astonishing.
Demolition (other than being one of my favorites growing up) don't they still hold the record for longest reign. The Midnight Express, especially the Condrey/Eaton version.....these guys won so much gold they could have built their own city with it.

Demolition was one of my favorites growing up. Agreed, just because their singles careers weren't great doesn't mean their tag team wasn't f***ing epic.

On the other hand, you may see a Rougeau family induction for their work in building the Montreal wrestling scene. The parties came to an agreement in 2013 regarding Owen, hence why now you can see Owen's image and likeness on the WWE Network for example, even Over the Edge '99 the PPV where he died albeit edited. Davey Boy Smith's daughter Georgia who lives in the UK has said there would be no problems with Davey going in, she actively pitches to WWE to put him in, and even though Harry doesn't wish to be part of WWE again (not a grudge or anything, he just finds the product boring) now he wrestles in Japan and Europe, he'd go along to the ceremony. Dynamite too but his health is so bad right now it would be too much. Here is Georgia in a Davey WWE Legends shirt

I would love to see Zeb Colter put in. With the amount of work he's done over the years as a wrestler, manager, booker etc... he's undoubtedly qualified to go in.

"Dirty" Dutch would be a great induction next time the WWE have a Wrestlemania in the south. I could see a Hart Foundation induction happening for Bret (x2 like Flair), Owen, Bulldog, Neidhart and Pillman. I'm sure you could get Bret, Nattie and Harry there to accept. As for one of the other names mentioned, I think William Regal's hall of fame speech would deserve its own hall of fame entry. Sting's entry into the hall of fame would be pretty mind blowing too, and I think he'd give an amazing speech.

Andy Kaufman, inducted by the King, with Tony Clifton accepting the award/giving the speech in his honor (with Bob Zemuda shown in the audience near the end). For being the first and BEST celebrity to ever step into a wrestling ring.
Jim Cornette, for being one of the old-school heel managers in the history of the business, inducted by Jim Ross.
Kevin Dunn, because whether you li...even though you have him, he's the reason WWE's production is so amazing. Inducted by Shane McMahon.
Vince McMahon, inducted by Bruno, Hogan, Austin, Rocky, and Cena.
Batista, inducted by Vin Diesel.
Paul Heyman, inducted by (a shockingly eloquent) Brock Lesnar.
Jim Johnson, inducted by Triple H.

The Rock Randy Savage MelinaElizabeth Heyman Cornette Regal She sticks out in this list and not in a good way. I can't recall anything HOF-worthy except her entrance. Her resume includes: winning the Women's/Diva's title 5 Times (same as Trish). Managing a tag-team to multiple titles. Having memorable matches/fueds with Beth, Mickie, McCool, Trish etc. Being apart of major storylines with Vince, Foley, Batista, Cena, etc. Coming back from two career threatening leg injures. I'd say that's pretty much as any Diva can accomplish for WWE career. So yeah, she's worthy of Hall of Fame spot.

Kane
His speech should just be a list of all of the insane things his character has done over the years followed by the words, "and yet, here I stand being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame"

Since this thread isn't asking who I think most deserves it, I'll exclude posthumous inductions. I don't really look forward to those inductions as much. The ones I look forward to most are when someone who has been out of the limelight gets to be honored. I enjoy seeing the actual inductee being able to accept. Therefore, I don't really look forward to seeing names like Rude, Bulldog, or Savage being inducted as much as I'd like to see people like Lance Russell, the Rock and Roll Express, Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express being inducted.
However, don't misconstrue this to mean that I don't want names like Savage and Rick Rude going in. I'm just saying which induction speeches I look forward to the most.

Elizabeth Hulette's family has indicated that they will decline any request to induct her; they blame wrestling's lifestyle for her death. I think their stance could be softening with the passing of time. Her family accepted a deal to use Miss Elizabeth's likeness in the WWE 2k14 video game. I'm sure the money they received for licensing Elizabeth's name and likeness for the video game would not be the same as they money they would receive for the Hall of Fame, but I think her estate would at least consider participating at this point.
