RAW is live from Baltimore (and its staircase) this week, and it's the SEASON PREMIERE... even though the show was on last week. How well will the show do now that the big bad Monday Night Football is back in town?
One way WWE is trying to answer is with JERRY SPRINGER. He's in town to help ease the tensions between the Bella Twins. Nikki has what she wants - a shot at Divas Champion Paige at Night of Champions (albeit in a three way with AJ Lee), with Brie out of the picture. Somehow, I don't think Jerry will be all too successful with this...
RAW features two SummerSlam rematches - the first of these sees Chris Jericho locked inside a steel cage with Bray Wyatt. The Eater of Worlds has a mixed record inside the cage, both being turned on by Daniel Bryan, and having to use a strange child to help him beat John Cena. How will he fare this time against Y2J?
The other rematch pits Roman Reigns against Randy Orton. Reigns seems to have a Night of Champions date with former Shield partner Seth Rollins coming up, so it appears The Viper's role is to ensure Reigns doesn't even make it there.
Last week, there were doubts over John Cena even getting his Night of Champions rematch with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar, but that match is now locked in for sure. As well as Lesnar, Cena is battling Triple H, The Authority, and everyone that doubts that he can be competitive against The Beast Incarnate. How will Cena prove he's ready tonight?
All this, plus Henry and Rusev, Sheamus and Cesaro, Ziggler, Miz and Mizdow... Swagger and Dallas. And hopefully no crappy Rosa Mendes tag match. TONIGHT! USA Network! Not ESPN! Definitely not that channel!

I'll survive Raw the way I have the past couple of weeks and do something else with my time. There's supposed to be a new Gravity Falls tonight, that'd be a start.

I will say, these Autumn Raw's are a lot more bearable with the FAN threads, as I learned when my desktop computer died before the show last week.

Poor old Roman Regins just can't away from Orton.
Am I right in saying this is the fifth straight calender month they've been feuding in one way or another?

Again to say, I hope they leave Paige/AJ out of the Springer segment.

Let's not forget that Michael Sam may or may not show up.

Let's not forget that Michael Sam may or may not show up. Even Rajah.com knew that Michael Sam wasn't going to accept that invitation.

Let's not forget that Michael Sam may or may not show up. Unless the Dallas Cowboys lost their goddamn minds, it's fairly certain he's not showing up, though WWE have invited him to any future RAW.

Again to say, I hope they leave Paige/AJ out of the Springer segment. It's a triple threat now, so I doubt it.

Not to mention that their whole blatant unresolved sexual tension thing is the type of subject that is right up Springer's alley.

I've been a WWE fan since the early 90's, I consider myself a generally optimistic wrestling fan and this is one of few occasions where I actually don't care about Raw. They really need to step up.
