Tonight is NXT's third two-hour special, and the second time they'll TAKE OVER. It's live on the WWE Network (for just $9.99 a month) from 8pm ET, with a pre-show at 7:30pm ET, and the fallout show at 10pm ET.
FATAL 4-WAY MATCH FOR THE NXT CHAMPIONSHIP: Adrian Neville (c) vs. Sami Zayn vs. Tyler Breeze vs. Tyson Kidd
This main event has been brewing ever since the last Takeover, where Neville retained the title against Kidd, and Breeze defeated Zayn to become the number one contender. Since then, things have got crazy with all four, and new NXT GM William Regal has made the big four way match with the NXT Championship on the line. Can the Man That Gravity Forgot make it out with his title?
NXT TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: The Ascension (Konnor & Viktor) (c) vs. The Lucha Dragons (Kalisto & Sin Cara)
The Ascension have dominated the NXT Tag Team Division for the past year, with no team able to give them a proper challenge. They now face the winners of the tournament for the right to face them, the Lucha Dragons of Kalisto and Sin Cara. Will there be a major upset?
NXT WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Charlotte (c) vs. Bayley
At the last Takeover, Charlotte won the vacant Women's Title in one of 2014's best matches against Natalya. Since then, the Genetically Superior Diva has broken away from her old partners in the Beautiful Fierce Females, whilst Bayley has risen in recent weeks by beating them. But can Bayley go one better and beat Charlotte to take the title?
HAIR vs. HAIR MATCH: Enzo Amore vs. Sylvester Lefort
Since returning from a major injury, Enzo Amore has developed issues with the slimey Frenchman, Sylvester Lefort. Angry at not being included in the tag team tournament, Lefort and his Legionnaires partner Marcus Louis got Amore and Colin Cassady eliminated, and then shaved part of Amore's beard off, leading to this big Hair vs. Hair contest. Who leaves Takeover bald?
GRUDGE MATCH: Mojo Rawley vs. Bull Dempsey
Since his recent debut in NXT, Bull Dempsey has looked to prove that he is "The Last of a Dying Breed", and this has led him to conflict with NXT's other resident big man, "The King of Hype" Mojo Rawley. But will Rawley be HYPE enough to handle the Wrecking Ball of NXT?

For years, KENTA was one of Pro Wrestling NOAH's biggest stars, and one of Japan's most popular wrestlers. Now, the inventor of Go 2 Sleep is in the WWE, and debuts at NXT Takeover: Fatal 4-Way. There are reports that none other than The Nature Boy Ric Flair will be introducing him, but will we see KENTA wrestle tonight?
