Even the Edge rivalry wasn't really what I'd consider great. I mean, yeah, by default it would be the tops; but they never really seemed on equal footing.

I loved the rivalry, but Cena ALWAYS beat Edge, and Edges only real victories (Summerslam '06 and Backlash '09) were both not exactly the cleanest victories.

WWE have never caught on to the idea that their Superman needs a Lex Luthor, or in Cena's case their Captain Amazing needs a Casanova Frankenstein

Edge is first...
...but Punk is the best. Easily. Total opposites that worked incredible together. Their feuds, promos, and matches were always good, if not great. MITB 2011's story, build up, and main event was 10x better than either Rock/Cena match...

There have been alot of great feuds that were one sided. Austin never got a clean win over Bret Hart in '97 for example yet it's probably my favourite feud either man had.

I'm not denying that it was great, but I have to admit that I'm a big Edge fan, so I just wish he got a few more victories.

Big Show should be in there. Especially since John Cena could never lift the Big Show up on his shoulders for an FU. You know,I ask this as a legit question: has cena ever beat show without some weapon or shenanigans?

The Rock beat Austin once in a one on one match and yet it's still a great feud.

Edge and Punk are unquestionably 1 and 2 on this list, in whichever order, and it reeks of sheer booking stupidity that Cena vs Edge and Cena vs Punk have NEVER happened in a 1-on-1 capacity at WrestleMania. 23 and 29 were perfect for it. Especially considering the absolute classic that Cena and Punk had in the build to WM 29.
