Too many to list.
Dusty Rhodes last year was great.
I want to second Ric Flair's return in 1998. 'You're a lie, you're a cheat, you're a scam, you! Are! A! No good son of a bitch!' *arena erupts with genuine emotion*
And my favourite of all time is Roddy Piper with Jericho in 2009. I post this every time someone asks this, it's my favourite promo ever. I almost cry every time and get chills down my neck even writing about it - 'I would crawl down here on my HANDS AND KNEES.'

John Zandig's JEEZUS promo if for no other reason than that's one of the the only promo that I quotes in my everyday life years after watching it for the first time.

I remember Edge cutting a promo where he was shaking with emotion in 2005, regarding the Matt Hardy/Lita situation. That one sticks out to me from my own memory.
Bayley's promo from the NXT presentation skills videos where she starts crying because of how much she loves wrestling. That gave me so much respect for her.

Mark Henry's "retirement" promo on Raw from last year. That was brilliant , they should have have Henry the belt , I don't normally care for Mark but damn that was gold !

Heyman's Alliance-era "pipebomb" - even given Heyman's con-artist nature, you could feel everything he had held back legit over the years coming out. Joey Styles and Punk's "shoots" afteward were awesome, but they didn't have the emotion that Heyman had there.
There's a Dusty shoot from his Florida days I have on DVD somewhere that is absolutely spellbinding in how he builds up. He's beaten and bloody in a lockerroom and just goes uber-intense.
Oh, and then there's this - the only redeemable part of that horrible Heroes of Wrestling ppv:

Piper's delivery and emotion was great, and Jericho spoke volumes just based on his facial expressions as Piper's promo progressed.

Piper's promo before Survivor Series 2010, begging John Cena not to hand over the WWE Title to Wade Barrett. Holy god, that felt real.

Hogan's promo rejecting DiBiase's offer to buy the belt. The way he seemed honestly tempted at first and then exploded in fury over it was fantastic. The crowd reacting the way they did really sold it as well.

Dusty Rhodes asking Dustin to let him be his partner against the Studd Stable. Imagine you were living in the old west and you were the son of the most badass sheriff in the county. And all you wanted to do was pick up the gun and be like him. But he discouraged you time and time again. Eventually, you struck out on your own. The relationship was never the same. There was always distance. Always. But eventually you made your own name. You even started making some friends with some of the county's other badass gunslingers...only for them to turn on your and attack you. And then finally, at your lowest moment, dad comes along and pulls up the iron. And the two of you go to face down the baddest men in town together.

Look up any of Randy Savage's promos telling his side of the story of the Megapowers exploding, leading up to WM5.

Dusty Rhodes. Hard Times.
Enough said. Funny story.....I watch that promo when I feel like giving up on WWE or wrestling in general. My barometer is when he asks you to put your hand up to the screen.....If I ever DON'T raise my hand...I know I'm not able to get into it anymore. Hasn't happened yet.

So I'm guessing you raising it first.... it falls. You raise it a second time.... it falls. You raise it a third time... it falls halfway, then you jerk it up and wave your index finger back and forth in front of the TV before tearing off your shirt and turning to USA Network.
