Last I heard Diet Mt Dew was just one part of PepsiCo. So why not 'feature' other sodas, especially considering that Code Red is the best?

It looks like nuclear waste. That's all I know about it.
The tagline "The only diet with dew in it" does not work for me because I have no knowledge of what dew is in the first place.
What's Coke Life by the way?

Because that's the one they want to advertise. Maybe they see ability to grow the diet brand while the regular version isn't worth the extra add bucks as it'll stay where it'll be with little up or down. And maybe the other versions are made in larger quantities like diet thou that theory is a bit tenuous

What's Coke Life by the way? I think it's Coca Cola sweetened with stevia. It's not sold here in the U.S. as far as I know. |

When it first came out, my dad won like a 10+ 2-liter bottles of the stuff and that's ALL my brother and I had to drink for soda all summer. I got so sick of it to the point where I think I've had Code Red maybe like...4-5 times in the past 10 years. Each time I wanna give it another shot, but each time I fail to enjoy it. Probably psychological inability to enjoy the drink forever engraved in me. |

Because they want to position diet dew as an "extreme sports" brand for whatever reason, probably because of the excessively high caffeine (mountain dew has to be labeled as an "energy drink" in the UK because of how much caffeine is in it) and to advertising execs WWE = Extreme Sports

Not that I'd ever buy something that actively annoys me with it's product placement even if it was something I'd otherwise drink.

UK Mountain Dew isn't the same as US Mountain Dew. Both are fine, but I wouldn't choose to drink either.
