First misfire of this group. It wasn't bad, just kinda eh in comparison to the quality of everything so far.

It wasn't bad. It just wasn't as good as the others. Doesn't mean this was a miss, though. It is just an average one, I guess?
Also for some reason this seemed rather....nice, I guess? What I mean is there wasn't that much evident venom in the lyrics from either side.

It is just like usual, if both people are alive and non-fictional it tends to be weaker.

Not really sure it needed that format, but that was cool. Who played Tarantino and Kubrick?

Ah, that's the mid-season finale. No new ones until 2015.

It should have stuck to Senior Spielbergo and Hitch. The only good part for Q was the beat, pretty much the same for Kubrick.
Then either in being very cleaver, or just having no ideas, they read the "do not do this in rap tracks" handbook and did all of it for Bay. Which makes sense. Good lord, that was worse than any of his f***ing films.

Again, that was great. Almost seemed like it'd be a stretch until it became a jam, and then it got so much better. And the 2 Bay references in the raps seemed a bit much, but once it did become a jam I fully expected him to show up. Not really sure it needed that format, but that was cool. Who played Tarantino and Kubrick? Tarantino was a Youtuber named "WAX", but Kubrick is credited as "The Ghost of Stanley Kubrick." He looks familiar (almost like Judd Apatow) so I expect he's a celebrity of some sort who I can't identify.

I really liked that one. Surprised at the lack of James Cameron, and Kubrick's verse was way too short, but otherwise it was great.

Didn't like that one at first listen, but the second time, I dug it.
Dug Tarantino's verse the most.

Good lord, that was worse than any of his f***ing films. It is clever. I liked how Spielberg, Hitchcock, and Tarantino are all presented as being "real hip hop" and "lyrical" and then Michael Bay shows up and has the stereotypical Southern "trap" beat behind his verse.

I definitely believed those guys are too skilled to not do that on purpose. The rhyming money with money over and over is fricken horrid.

The wait is almost over. Tomorrow's episode is Bill and Ted vs. Lewis and Clark. Audio has leaked for it if anyone's curious.
