It pisses me off how WWE handled Dallas and Rusev.
Dallas should have went on a much longer winning streak that featured tons of interference, dirty tactics, count-outs, DQs, and the occasional upset win over someone credible. Once he hit like close to 50-Bo, he could have began calling out main-event names and then lost decisively in a squash to Cena/Reigns/Ambrose/Bryan to prove he may be good enough to beat midcarders and uppercarders by cheating, but he can't hang with the main-eventers. That way he solidifies himself in the uppercard and stays there rather than job to R-Truth and lose his momentum/credibility.
Meanwhile, Rusev should have been the opposite, win decisively against all comers and even give Cena or Reigns a lost via shenanigans from Lana but then ultimately lose to either a midcarder or debuting rookie from NXT. That way you've built up Rusev as an incredible threat but also whoever beats him as an uppercarder to match up with Bo Dallas.

I'm opening a can of worms by saying this...but I wish it was Kurt Angle doing a surprise run in during Tribute to the Troops. Or on Raw the bunny beating up Rusev, only to reveal himself as Kurt Angle...I just want to hear the "You Suck" chants before I die.

I could see him playing the face, but I can't even fathom the concept of giving his nonsensical promos a pro-American spin. Literally all of the heat in Rusev's feuds comes from "America f*** yeah" patriotism. |

I don't think Rusev should lose so soon or ever. Definitely not in 2015. I think WWE needs some athletic credibility and Rusev IS the best athlete on the roster so why not let that show with his win record and never have him be pinned? I mean look at boxxing. Floyd Money Maywhether has never lost so why can't Rusev by the Money Maywhether of the WWE? I voted "OTHER" as in no one because I don't thing anyone should beat Rusev. Because you simply can't have that in wrestling. At some point, the monster needs to be slain. Even Andre the Giant eventually lost a match, and he was a unique story at a time where the business was different and protected. It wouldn't work. Floyd Mayweather won genuine atheltic competitions and proved himself to simply be unbeatable. When everything is a work, an undefeated streak needs to serve a purpose, and an unbroken streak doesn't do that. |

Cena beats him at Mania. American flag + patriotic celebration ensues I want this to happen if only to see if the Wrestlemania crowd would boo Cena in that situation. With the number of non-American fans that travel to Wrestlemania added to the general fierceness of the Cena hate, it might not receive the reception the WWE would want. |
