The scene with Val about to get his pee pee choppy choppy'd and the lights going out was pretty damn memorable, I'll give it that.

It was on the intro to Raw 1000.
Therefore it's a MOMENT, just like that awful Adam Rose/2 random ladies segment you already forgot about was a MOMENT.
