If Lesnar doesn't appear again until December, I will eat my hat. Having the champion gone for a few weeks is fine, but from the September PPV until DECEMBER? Absolutely ridiculous.

A friend of mine who's worked for the wwe on numerous occasions (he was one of the guys Ryback squashed during his initial run) has told me that Vince and many others think JR is pretty cocky. He told me a story that Vince was on the phone with JR once and JR was talking so much, Vince was like "yeah yeah JR, yes I get it" and basically talked about how cocky JR was when it was over. Not sure it's true but that's it. He's told me a good amount of wwe stories.
As for everything else, I hate how the company treats Orton like he's some mega-draw. Yeah he's popular but damn, the reason Ambrose isn't drawing huge numbers is because you guys aren't pushing him. You idiots aren't looking to the future and besides Orton isn't some megadraw. He's not Cena.

Zero tolerance on domestic violence? Maybe if you had this mindset about 10 years ago (along with a few other things), Chris, Nancy, and Daniel might still be with us, WWE. Yeah, I went there. I mainly think that it's pretty amusing that they're only implementing the rule because of the bad publicity that the NFL and UFC are getting and not because one of their top stars killed his wife and kid. Also: f*** that contract where they can constantly extend your deal against your will, when your contract is up, it's up. If you sign a three year contract you're locked in for three years. The WWE is going to get owned so hard on their contract terms and independent contractor bullshit sooner rather than later. It's coming.

I thought Orton shouted "STUPID! STUPID!" At storylines he didn't like.

Boy that's a depressing bit of news. Lesnar/Orton as the main event of Mania anyone?

JR's largely beloved by the fans (even though his last few years, I think most of us will admit he was sorta phoning it in); so their treatment of him is even more egregious.
It's always been bizarre how they go out of the way to shit on a dude who was a cornerstone of their shows for decades.

WWE adopts new policy against domestic violence, people think top guys will be immune.
Next snippet is about whether or not woman beater Steve Austin is willing to do WrestleMania.
Of course they're immune.

I'm confused as to how you adopt a zero policy on child abuse. So like before child abuse was something they'd judge on merit?
"Oh and before you all go, I've decided not to tolerate murders. So if you murder anyone from this point on that's it, you're out of here. That counts from murders from this point on so it's a clean slate."
It just seems like one of those things it's odd to announce a change of policy on. Zero tolerance for child abuse....since Tuesday.

Glad someone else caught this as the biggest newz. If Lesnar goes from Sept. - January without defending the title that is just assinine. I thought it was implied the winner of Cena-Orton gets him at Survivor Series.

Alot changes in terms of perception over 10 years. Steve Austin was arrested and pleaded No contest to assaulting his wife, and still was on WWE TV stunning Stephanie McMahon.

WWE absolutely has a say on what podcasts their talent do. Rey pretty much confirmed this on MLW this past week. Konnan asked why Rey did Jericho's podcast first and he gave a vague corporate answer that basically translated to that he had to.
