Yay, I finally beat Classic Mode at 9.0 Intensity, albeit with a custom Ganondorf.

Just wondering but equipment and special did u uses on your ganondorf? I used a custom Lucina. Dumped most of the equipment into boosting her attack and defense, and gave her Storm Thrust and Dolphin Jump.

I used a Defense Set DDD and then a Vanilla Robin.

I really should have mentioned it already but the past few days I have been completely incapable of playing the 3DS game. Every time I try to do just about anything, it locks up for a minute and then pops up an alert saying, "An error has occurred, forcing the software to close," and restarts the system. No other games are doing this and I can even run Hulu on the same SD card with no trouble, so I have no earthly idea what the issue is.

Just wondering but equipment and special did u uses on your ganondorf? Equipment was Super Brawn Badge, Auto-Healer Shin Guards, and Sprinter Agility Badge, giving me Auto Heal and Increased Run Speed, and stats of A:-21, D:-17, and S:+29. Specials were Warlock Thrust, Flame Chain (this one is the most important, as it will resist Master Hand's wind attack and a hell of an edge-guard tool), Dark Vault, and Wizard's Foot.

Woo, got my 3DS game working! Turns out somehow the download for it ended up corrupted so just had to redownload it, still have my data and everything. At least if it happens again I know how to fix it.
Also! Turns out Flat Zone 1 is not quite in the Wii U game. Instead, it and 2 have been combined as one stage as Flat Zone X. I'm cool with this.

So, it's come out now that the stages we know are the entirety of them. I'm... Pretty disappointed by that, mostly because I don't really think very many of the new stages look any good. And I don't get why we needed stuff like three versions of Isle Delfino or Onett coming back yet again when no one really seems to like it.

I bought Super Smash Bros. for 3DS on Sunday...and I started to play it yesterday. The first character I used was Pikachu, and I did Classic Mode on 2.0 just get a good grip of the game. So, I made it to Master Hand, and...I lost. Like three times. So, any tips on how to defeat the hand?

Whenever he tries to do something, dodge, hit him and get far before he does another move. it is more about learning when to dodge his moves.

As for the charizard I'd used. I'd uses a auto healer brawn badge, threefold x defense and a super protection badge, giving him a +13 attack, a +44 defense and a -42 speed with a auto heal capability. As for the specials, I'd uses fire fang, dragon rush, fly and rock smash. Rock smash does pretty well against the master core.

Mr. Game & Watch can kill the sword form very quickly since it can catch his projectiles.

The key is treating Master Hand like an action boss, which is the avoid his attacks and then counter once they finish. His tells are pretty obvious, and even though each installment gives him new moves, they can be recognized. One move I would be concerned about at your experience level is the finger snap, which will break through any shield. I would stick with 2.0 for a while to get the hang of it, because this is the first game where Master Hand and Crazy Hand will work like a tag team, and Master Core is going to be a challenge (I still view Master Blades as the worst phase, and that's the one you fight at the lower Master Core difficulties first). Anyway, update 1.0.4 is out, but this time, Nintendo is not saying what it does, other than you can't watch your old highlight videos. Hopefully some intrepid gamers will note possible changes to the gameplay mechanics for some of the fighters.

That was fast. And reliable. I should post to that thread. Shulk got boosted, and I'm not surprised about Shulk being GameStop exclusive, what with them selling Xenoblade and all.
