Another thing. If trying to sign Brutal Burgers is such an LOL move on TNA's part, what does it say about ROH to have them on their roster in the first place? It says that ROH has room on their roster to lower tier guys. Brutal Burgers are like the Ring Crew Express: two guys who aren't meant to be world beaters but still have a role on the roster. Every wrestling promotion, no matter the size, have a lower tier of wrestlers. If you're looking at Brutal Burgers, why not go for a better duos like Zero Gravity, Irish Airborne, Juicy Product, Beaver Boys, Team Tremendous Investigations, etc? Who wouldn't want to see Jon Silver doing his stick on TV? Or the Juicy Product

TNA's current problem when it comes to scouting new talent is their vision is flawed and tunneled. Sure ROH has some great talent on their roster but so does other indies. This is the same company that signed Tony Nese and proceed to make him just another intangible X Division spot monkey. They bring in Jigsaw, Blk Jeez, and Trent? & have no plans in place to use them long term.

How come WWE has a good eye for indy wrestlers but in the recent years we're getting lackluster Team 3D graduates and ex-OVW guys. Because HHH is that damn good.

I don't mind the Team 3D guys. If hiring Bully and Devon's students is the incentive TNA offers to keep them around and continuing to make appearances (whether they're under contract or not), then more power to both parties. Just make sure they're ready for prime time and can at the very least perform the basics in a crisp, safe manner.

That's the thing. None of their students have been ready for the big time. When your best graduate is Sam Shaw who can work a gimmick but is still pretty shit in the ring then you're doing more damage to your schools rep then you are helping it.

There's a reason why Shaw isn't working different indies like some of his fellow co-workers. Hell, he's not even working the local Florida indies where he came from. TNA doesn't have a developmental anymore to train guys. And they hire the greener than greenhorns because they work for cheap. Which in turns gives them shitty talent.
