It should be Xenia Rubinos, but she's not a star. Yet.
My one growing up was Mariah, her songs were infectuous and I wanted to marry her.
Whenever I listen to pop radio right now, Beyonce is so much better than everyone else that it doesn't even seem fair.

To be fair, I did screw up Jamiroquai's name a lot at first when Virtual Insanity was hot.

Katy Perry, Madonna, Gaga (first two), Ronnie Spector and Dusty SpringfieldYes, yes, a thousand times yes. I didn't really like Gaga at first, but I do like her album with Tony Bennett and select other songs. Plus she treats her fans well, when she could be a total diva. You don't see that from many megastars. I also guess that since some of the hype is gone now, it feels easier giving her a chance. Katy I like for the obvious reasons, and plus she has a Raising Hope connection with her friendship with Shannon Woodward. I like Christina Aguilera, despite being disappointed in her with the recent Valerie Bertinelli story.

Does Björk qualify as pop star? If not, currently P!nk, Cyndi Lauper all time.
