It surprises me that she has outlasted so many other Divas. How does she do it?

She does it by giving everything her all and exceLling in every capacity they've presented her. Just by being involved or associated with someone, she flushes out their character and makes them more interesting. She's super talented and looks like she's having a great time.
That's how she does it.

By giving a 150% in everything WWE tells her to do and having great, age defy genetics.

By not being around 80% of the time.

Like a fine wine, she gets better with time.

That's how she does it. Layla seemed to have a good time at the Smackdown Halloween battle royal. She really got into her role as a clown

It's not really that surprising considering divas rarely ever get fired in the WWE.
Usually the only reasons you see them leave is if they're released because of some kind of behavioral problem, or if they leave on their own accord because they have other opportunities.

Most people forgot she was there in the first place.

I thought Alicia Fox was technically hired before she was Layla appeared on the main roster in 2006. Alicia didn't make it until 2008.

I do really think it's the, "People forget she's there," thing. She's had multiple lengthy disappearances and even when she is around she largely doesn't, y'know, do anything.

Layla's my ride or die though.

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to convey with that gif.

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to convey with that gif. Laughter. I found what you said to be humorously incorrect. I feel that, per capita, divas are released just as often as superstars. Saying that "WWE rarely releases divas" is, to me, a laughable statement because of that.
