Two things about this week's Inside ROH segment:
1) I never realized how much Joe Koff looks (and sounds) like Mark Summers.
2) The segment at the end with Delirious is fantastic.

ugh it looks like sinclair changed the time for ROH, it was airing at 11:30 in my market, but it looks like its at 1am and 12am now. The destination america time is earliest on wed for me to watch.

Mine changed a couple weeks back because of football on Saturday nights. It used to be 10:30, now it's listed as 11 but I DVR it manually because it usually runs over by at least fifteen minutes and I'd miss stuff otherwise.
