I honestly wish there was a thread to talk about Classic Who/Big Finish Who.
They are way more interesting to me these days than NuWho. And not for nostalgic reasons (I wasn't old enough to see any of Classic)

I actually quite appreciated Fear Her as it felt just like a fun episode before we get to the big one two finale

I'll rewatch it later, I did like it for what it was...but it felt like it stalled everything, especially after The Beast Stalling everything I can deal with. Appalling special effects, lame humour and a f***ing DICK JOKE I cannot deal with. If they just ended it five minutes earlier it would acceptable albeit forgettable episode. Then they had to tack on that "epilogue".

Update heading into New Year's Eve. Officially on Daleks in Manhattan two parter God I hate Martha. Hmm, out of all the female NuWho companions, Martha was my favorite. I get the hate; the "friendzone" arc was unnecessary and ridiculous, but she wasn't without plenty of merit, and was around at a time where the writing was really good. RTD's best season IMO.

I love Donna because she's a different kind of Companion, who will call the Doctor out on things and has nothing related to a love story with him. I can actually buy him as, at least 10's best mate, if not one of the Doctor's overall best friends.

kind of half explained. when the Master was a child he looked into the time vortex and it drove him mad. the madness took the form of a constant drumming in his mind. tardis.wikia.com/wiki/The_Drumming
