Can they get Frank Miller for the gritty reboot of Space Channel 5, though? I wonder who would play Ulala or Pudding. Streets of Rage movie please. They can cast Big Show as one of those fire breathing fatboys. I would definitely be in line on opening day for a "Streets of Rage" movie. Hell, if I was given special screening tickets or a ticket to an actual premiere of the film, I would definitely go.

I think Burning Rangers would be a good one.

I like the idea of a Golden Axe movie, as long as one of the main characters is a buff chick in a bikini with a sword.

I'll just go ahead and say it, we need a Sakura Wars reboot and we need one now.
(Granted SW already had a successful Anime series back in the day along with a feature film or two, but I want more.)

Every time I see the title, due to not knowing anything about the series, I'm picturing a fighting game with all characters named Sakura. First three I can think of besides if there's one in this series being the Street Fighter series one, the Naruto series one, and the Cardcaptor.

What about Haunting: Starring Polterguy? That might work. It's basically just Beetlejuice and that got over.

Well you are sort of close as the Sakura Wars franchise were very female centric, as they were based around an (almost) all women team of 1920's steampunk mech-suit pilots (one of them was named Sakura) and as the sole male of the team you have to form relationships with your team mates in order to boost their stats in combat. So basically it's a dating sim meets a turn based strategy game. (Which is a lot better then it sounds.)

If we're getting a Virtua Fighter movie off of the ground, then Roman Reigns was born to play Jeffry McWild.

Skies of Arcadia movie or f*** off, Sega. Came in for this, but I'll settle for a sequel or even a remake.

"I DON'T MAKE ALLOWANCES FOR OLD MEN!"
I'd suggest Yakuza, but the games are already very cinematic as it is.

Could anybody imagine a game based on Ecco The Dolphin? I am certain that it would be in 3D-animation, though 2D-animation would work, too.

Hey, I actually get to come in here and mock the idea of a Shenmue movie because it would take 12 films to stay true to the vision of the creators BEFORE anyone seriously suggests it?
Cool.
So, uh...that.
