In a similar vein to the PROGRESS thread on the boards, consider this a catch all thread of Insane Championship Wrestling, the other UK promotion that's been making some noise. They just announced the dates of their newest tour today. I'm personally planning on going to the Newcastle show and the Glasgow show. If you've never been and want to find out what all the fuss is about, they've got both a Youtube channel (ICWOnline) and their very own Network/On Demand service that launched the same day the WWE Network was supposed to launch. That can be found here (hope I'm not breaking any rules by linking it, I've read them and it doesn't say anything against posting a link to their service). The service is worldwide as well so no region locking is in place.

ICW is another promotion i really like and if hadn't been for Jimmy Havoc talking about them on Wrestle Talk i likely would never have heard about them or seen the greatness of Colt Cabana and Grado as a team.

I've been going to shows for about a year now and it's always been a fantastic atmosphere. Apart from the one idiot a show that throws a pint into the ring.

Drew McIntyre is their world champ so they get points for that alone.

Yeah, the UK is starting to make some rumblings in the wrestling world which is pretty cool. I haven't seen this much buzz for UK wrestling since Nigel McGuinness.

Insane Fight Club 2 was on BBC Scotland last night, watching it now. They refer to Galloway as "the new boy", he's a former champ!

It's exposure despite the flaws with it. I just hope if they do a third one, some of the other boys get a look-in. Jester I can understand being in this one but Grado didn't need to be in this doc. He's already a name.

Frankly without Grado I don't think the documentaries can do well, he's someone that the viewer can relate to and because of Grado being Grado he makes the other wrestlers look better in comparison. He's the comparison for the Jesters and co not Cena. Poor Wolfie gets shafted in this, he's just made out to be a driver!

Language warning, hype package for the ICW Heavyweight Championship match at the 4th Annual Square Go tomorrow. Pulling for a Renfrew win myself because I'm not exactly Drew's biggest fan.
Other matches on the card;
Wolfgang vs B.T. Gunn in a steel cage match which should be the blowoff to the epic feud that these two have had for seemingly their entire ICW careers.
Joe Coffey's Worldwide Iron Man Challenge. Another Square Go staple is the Iron Man Challenge in which two competitors compete for the unofficial Iron Man championship. First match was Wolfgang vs James Scott, second one was James Scott vs Joe Coffey and this year Joe Coffey has put the challenge out worldwide, anyone who shows up for the match gets the match.
The 4th Annual Square Go Match, the match the event is named after. ICW's version of the Royal Rumble mixed in with Money In The Bank. Previous winners have been Red Lightening, Mikey Whiplash & Chris Renfrew. No one has lost their cash-in attempt yet so the future looks good for Renfrew's match against Drew.
For those either without ticket or in another country, the show will be up on ICW On Demand the next day.

If you have ICW On Demand, watch this as soon as you can after it goes up tonight. Cracking show from top to bottom. I'll refrain from spoiling anything but it was just sheer amazingness all round.

Dallas talked about getting back on TV in 2015 and it already looks like it. Channel 4 should scoop them up, have them as the lead in for their NFL or Channel 5 and programe it with their MMA and boxing stuff.

Channel 4 is their best bet really.

I'm sure they could aim for STV Glasgow. They need more content outside of the Riverside Show and reruns of Take the High Road.

One thing that really annoys me about ICW on Demand is the cutting for music. I understand that they have to for copyright reasons but the way they bring commentary back in or cut off introductions annoys the shit out of me. Why not just do a 2nd recording of them and just slicey slice?
