The second live action movie came out on DVD yesterday.

It was one of the first anime I became a fan of that was outside the Pokémon/DBZ/Sailor Moon boom going on at the time.

Loved the show, it was right after YuYuHakusho and before Outlaw Star on Toonami if I recall.

It was a great anime to be sure. Though I'd avoid anything after the Kyoto Arc like the plague because it's all downhill from there.
