Hell no.
If we never see another evil boss story again, I'd be giddy.

Absolutely not. I actually don't mind the authority figure angle if you do it right or make it interesting, but they never have a real blowoff. This lot actually had a blowoff match that they lost and they disappeared since.

It'd be so ballsy and cool if they appointed someone GM, really anyone, and their first night they come out and cut a promo that goes someting like this:
"I am SICKANTIRED of all of these General Managers, principal owners, directors of operations, CEOs, COOs, game show hosts, c-list actors, NASCAR drivers, and everyone else looking for some TV time coming out here, each and every week, in this very ring, and telling us all about their EEEVILLL plans, or trying to milk the crowd or settle issues with people they don't like. As the new General Manager of the WWE, I will oversee the product, watching it every week with my consulting staff at our headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. I will listen to the fans, and make compelling matches that you fans want to see. I WILL intervene in the event of gross misconduct or a major decision requring my authority. And, best of all, I WILL STAY THE HELL OFF OF YOUR TV! I will stay out of the way and allow the true stars of this show, our incredibly talented, dedicated, and exciting WWE Superstars and Divas, to shine as brightly as we all know they can! *milk the applause...* And on that note, I'd like to say goodbye, for now. Because, hopefully, you won't be seeing me for a while. Let's get this show on the road!"
*I'M HERE TO SHOW THE WORLD! I'M HERE TO SHOW THE WOORRRLED (COMEOOOONNNN) BRING IT ON!*

I can give two poops about The Authority, I miss "People Power" John Laurinaitis he was the best! The Authority >>>>>> the last month and change of Ace as GM. That was ungodly awful. As corporate stooge lame dickwad, Ace was awesome though.

I enjoy HHH and Stephanie as on screen characters but hate the evil Authority bullshit. I'm torn.

I wish that more people had gotten elevated or at least some kind of rub from the Authority storyline.

I miss when they were getting their comeuppance. Some of my favourite moments of the year involved HHH getting his ass kicked.

Hmm, let's see. Neil, being an anti-capitalist hippie, would be Daniel Bryan. Vyvyan is a punk, so no clues for guessing who he'd be. Mike Thecoolperson... Maybe Ziggler? And Cesaro playing all the assorted members of the Balowski family. Come to think of it, The Young Ones and WWE have a lot in common. There's a lot of fake violence, there's no real story structure and things are often abandoned halfway through, and both had a guest act every week so they could class themselves as an 'entertainment' programme rather than sitcom/wrestling. Main difference was that The Young Ones was intentionally funny, and stopped before things got stale.

Because Bryan, Cody Rhodes, Goldust, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Romans Reigns, Luke Harper, Ryback and Dolph Ziggler wasn't enough? Bryan: already over Rhodes/Goldust: granted Shield: already over Wyatt Family: already over Ryback: kinda... Ziggler: already over, buried, then got back to where he was before The Authority didn't do anything but filter people who were already over through them, thus making it look like they "got people over".

Because Bryan, Cody Rhodes, Goldust, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Romans Reigns, Luke Harper, Ryback and Dolph Ziggler wasn't enough? Cody and Goldust are in a lower spot than they were then, and apparently they felt they didn't get Cody over because they repackaged him into a new gimmick. And let's be honest, Ziggler only won the SS Match because WWE didn't want to make Cena look "weak" by having him "need to be rescued" by Sting.
