We had so many over the years. Witch one was your favorite?
Think the first one I ever saw was the Flintstones one. Wasn't bad. If I had to pick one would say the Muppet one was my favorite

Movie version, I like the Muppet version but overall I like the Patrick Stewart one man show version the best.

VHS version of the Muppet Christmas Carol. I also like Flintstones Christmas Carol.

The Alastair Sim version from the 50's is way better than all the rest.

If TV movies count, I would go with "Ebbie" starring Susan Lucci. She played the Scrooge character well. I didn't mind "A Diva's Christmas Carol" with Vanessa L. Williams.

Mickey's Christmas Carol would be my answer, but the last few rewatchings made me wish it was at least 20 minutes longer.
So Scrooged has to win as best movie version.

Muppets Christmas Carol: Great soundtrack and Micheal Caine just rocks it as Scrooge.
A Christmas Carol (George C Scott version): One of screendom's best "Grumpy old men" plays the original "grumpy old man" archetype and does it well.
Scrooged: Billy Murrey...need I say more?
A Christmas Carol (Alistair Sim version): The gold standard of Scrooge and with good reason.

Scrooge, the 1951 version with Alastair Sim. This one for me too. I have to watch it on Christmas Eve every year.

Muppet Christmas Carol. Even the butchered version they've been releasing since DVD.

Not only is the cut horribly done (they finally smoothed out the jump cut in the audio in the BluRay release), but Scrooge's counterpart song at the end of the film makes little sense without it.
