I've been saying for years that if WWE really was a "World" league about half of the roster would be Japanese. Okay, maybe half is stretching it, but in a perfect world for me Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi and Kota Ibushi just couldn't be anywhere but the very top company. They just couldn't.
It is important to note the argument, "Yeah, well they might be great in the ring, but none of them can talk." To this I'd say that in a wrestling league truly representative of the world there'd be more balance between talking and in-ring action. As it is now Raw is much more like a variety program than a wrestling show.
Also, WWE would have more Canadians. Although at least NXT is boosting the average a bit.

Suprised we don't have an Chinese monster heel yet. Haha, that actually seems like it could a fun idea. Especially if they could do some hamfisted political commentary like the Walkout. Well, maybe not like the Walkout, but it reeks of "so bad, it's good potential."

Represent, and treat for that matter, everywhere that isn't the USA better. So many good European and Asian wrestlers, so wildly misused. TNA had a Brit as their WHC, yet we're still waiting on the Barrett title win that should have happened during the Nexus days. Rockstar Spud is used better than most Europeans on that Impact roster.
Also, represent ethnic minorities better too. Hey! We have three African-American fellows, let's shove em all together and make them a gospel group. Nobody cares! The above picture shows just how good that group could have been. Somewhat akin to Hassan on a much lower level, perhaps questioning WWE's motives on the treatment of ethnic minorities. They alone could have steered the change in ideology ready for the likes of Itami to come along. But instead, we get gospel group and an America hating Russian (who's actually Bulgarian). I'm half expecting Itami to be called up with a North Korean gimmick, teaming with Rusev because Vince still thinks the USSR is a thing.

I'd actually be down for a North Korean gimmmick because "the evil foreigner" will never completely die in wrestling. As long as it could be used to get more international talent in the door then why not? I'd rather it be given to someone other than Itami though since Itami's skill set is so loaded. It would better serve someone who needs a gimmick to get over. Yoshi Tatsu would have been good. Also, South Korea is supposed to have a decent wrestling scene (though it is impposible to find info about it). It could be interesting if WWE hired one of those dudes and billed him as a "South Korean who sympthizes with North Korea" just to add a little authenticity to it. That being said look out for Kim Jong-Kenta in 2015!

Also, I can't help, but put over the Nordic wrestling scene yet again. So much talent in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark (no scene in Iceland though). 0 representation in WWE. Although Denmark has the smallest scene of those four countries if you never checked him out Michael Fynne is a guy worth really looking at. I wouldn't be shocked if he makes it to at least NXT one day. However, I also wouldn't be shocked if he goes nowhere near that far. The cream doesn't always rise to the top in pro wrestling. If it did Alex Wright would be a former WWE Champion.

I can only really speak for my own country.
Superstar-wise, a few years ago I would have said British and Irish wrestlers were overly stereotyped but with Barrett, Neville and Balor on the roster things are looking better.
As a product in general, I could do without the red phone boxes during UK shows, they stopped making those things in 1980! And sorry for getting a bit political but considering how pro-US military the WWE is, it would be nice for them to at least acknowledge the British Army in some way considering both countries have been fighting as allies for the last 14 years.
I'm nitpicking though, for the most part WWE has been pretty cool to the UK.

More Australian talent that isnt just Emma YES! Australia is such a loaded place and they have talent so much better there than Emma! Elliot Sexton had a WWE tryout and didn't get hired while Emma did, which is nuts to think about. Also speaking of Sexton, probably only Australians will get this, but TMDK! Hire TMDK! All of them!

Suprised we don't have an Chinese monster heel yet. I've always imagined having my own promotion and this would be my perfect world champion. Masato Tanaka in his prime would be awesome.
