I'm more interested in why Jessie Jackson was backstage.

Hopefully WWE figured out that a nearing 50 egotistical stoner that struggles to keep up with his own age bracket, let alone the new generation of wrestlers, while being living proof the 90s weren't the greatest thing ever isn't worth whatever they were paying him.

I enjoyed RVD's last run, because literally all of his matches were his matches from fifteen years ago played at .5 speed and I liked how silly that was.

RVD rocks and what he says here makes sense, it's the same thing CM Punk said and most of us sympathized with. He's not "crying" about it, and plenty of fans do like to see him. Haters gonna hate, RVD is the best, now if you excuse me I'm gonna go cry in the corner like I do in every RVD topic

I like where he's at on the card as a midcard gatekeeper that puts over newer heels.

RVD is a good guy to have on the roster. He still gets good pops. No harm at all in keeping him as a part timer.

RVD is a good guy to have on the roster. He still gets good pops. No harm at all in keeping him as a part timer. Especially since he jobs. I'm torn about it. It's nice that he puts guys over and all, but to me it doesn't mean much since the guys he loses to are getting pushed anyway. In RVD's case I just see it as him losing competive matches other people could be losing instead. Like i would rather see someone like Seth Rollins or Rusev going over a lower tier face in a competitive match where both guys can benefit.
