We've got surprisingly warm winter weather today, so I am giving a try to making some cola-bourbon ribs on my charcoal grill I am trying what's called "The snake method" for the first time. You basically line up a bunch of coals in a U shape around the edge of the grill, with some wood thrown in for smoke, and then light up one end of it and allow it to slowly burn its way all around. Takes hours to do, but that is kind of the idea. Making some ribs with a sauce that is a combo of some regular Kraft BBQ sauce, a few shots of whiskey, and some cola. Got to baste the ribs regularly so they get a nice glaze. Wish me luck!
