Thirded. There's still plenty keeping my attention and that I enjoy. I just ignore the stuff I don't enjoy. I'm with you guys. Never understood the concept of 'hate watching' A lot of that has to do with many of us growing up on the WWF. Watching is just as routine as anything else in daily life. We don't hate WWE, we love it. We hate when it pumps out terrible cobtent because we know they can make great TV.

It's a variety show though. Nigh on impossible to like everything, yet it seems the standard for WWE has to be that almost everything has to be viewed as positive or it's a bad show, bad year, the reason the company is 'failing' etc. It having a lot going on in a given show doesn't change the fact that most Raws are completely indistinguishable from each other due to all of the repeat matches and cookie-cutter promos, they barely have actual storylines anymore, and that they don't ever cut anything short if it's being received negatively or whatever else. The show's a variety show, sure, but it's usually a dull aimless one. And the company genuinely is in some trouble. Not just due to bad shows, though years upon years of them piling up is something, but the roster has no depth at all and most of it consists of people who've been hopelessly damaged from years of being completely aimless, injuries seem to be getting more and more frequent, the TV deal being renewed was a complete fiasco, the Network's a flop, and they're cutting costs left and right. Not saying they're dying, they're not any time soon, but as it stands the company has no future, has less money coming in than they have in the past, and have been steadily losing viewers. Excellent post, Lizuka.

It really depends on what you're talking about by saying "truly enjoyed". 2014 has been a good year, I've enjoyed a hell of a lot stuff but hated a ton as well, so does that count? If not we're probably looking back to something in the 01-05 range if even then. Yeah, I'm going to bitch about the shit I hate a lot but there is plenty to keep me coming back as well. It is not like TNA where I tune in expecting the worse, view something worse than I expected but get the rare surprise of a good match in between joking about it with people on here.
Really up until Sept., I thought WWE was having a damned good year. Yeah, Punk leaving and the idiocy surrounding Batista's return weren't the best but WWE, whether Hunter taking control through Mania as rumored or Vince with a rare moment of clarity, improvised and fixed things which would never happen in the past. From Mania onward they had to make constant changes to things because of Bryan's health but I thing things were headed in the right direction until NOC. From then on I wouldn't blame people for hating what has gone on but I just have hope of something greater at the end.
