Yes, I am still an advocate for this. And I actually think that right now would be a good time for it, if it were to happen. WWE needs more credible heel acts right now, Rollins can't carry it on his own. The tag team roster also could use some filling out. Sheamus and Cesaro are doing nothing, Barrett works better as a heel. Who would they feud with? The Uso's, obviously, and perhaps throw their cousin Roman Reigns in to make it even. Or one could argue for eventually doing a short Shield reunion against them. Though they would inevitably end up getting fed to Cena at some point.

Cesaro, Barrett and Sheamus
Swiss Bad News... FELLA!
Sign me up for this, it'd be a badass stable... might actually get me to give a shit about Sheamus!

The big negative, would be they wouldn't face each other till the stable's split up. Now I would love to see all 3 guys feud with Roman at one point, because they all have styles that work perfectly with Reigns.

I'll go one better: Barrett starts targeting Dolph Ziggler because he wants the IC belt back, and this time he has back up. So Dolph recruits some help of his own-in the form of Cody Rhodes (out of Stardust mode) and Tyson Kidd. Granted, I can't speak for how much chemistry, if any, the three of them would have as a team. But I think the ring styles would complement each other perfectly and would provide a great contrast to the style of a Sheamus, Cesaro, Barrett team. Could make for some fun six man tag matches.

Sheamus works better as a heel, Barrett works better as a heel, they have similar styles in the ring. Let's just leave it at that.

Let's just leave it at that. Eh? I was talking specifically about the United Kingdom stable. Sheamus is billed from Ireland. Ireland is not part of the United Kingdom. Therefore Sheamus should not be in a UK stable... Your stable idea would not be a UK stable since you know Cesaro is Swiss... which is also certainly not in the UK

Sheamus really shouldn't be in that stable though. Let's not start that debate again. Which is something Cesaro is gonna say a lot to Barrett and Sheamus to help quell any disputes between them since you know, he's Swiss. Someone has to act as the neutral party.

Cesaro and Sheamus as a heel tag team that bullies and out muscles other teams would be awesome.

Needs Drew McIntyre...
And I would keep it a European stable, however putting Canadian Kidd in there for the lulz would be fine by me.

I'd love Cesaro and BNB as a tandem. They could feud with a face Sheamus (who's less goofy, more intense) and his partner of the week. Cesaro/BNB vs the Dusts would be entertaining as hell as well.
BNB works best as a heel, but with Sheamus it doesn't matter as long as he's not being goofy.

A bunch of years ago ROH tried an ill-fated angle that involved grouping a huge portion of the roster into factions. One of the groups was supposed to be a "big bruiser" group, The Hangmen Three (or "Hangm3n", because LOL), comprised of Adam Pearce, BJ Whitmer, and Brent Albright. While the overall angle didn't work great, the idea behind it was decent: each faction had its own unique style, and these were basically a few of ROH's houses, so to speak (they even tried to recruit Kevin Steen at one point).
If WWE decided to do a Barrett/Cesaro/Sheamus faction, it'd be a really pumped up version of the Hangmen faction, and if they put real effort into it it could work very well. Three heavy hitters who become a team so they can bully and toss around smaller guys? That could definitely work.
