I always had some resentment towards it as it was pretty much coming in as Animaniacs was going out, plus this was after they didn't give Road Rovers a chance. So yeah, it will always be attached to the "shark" period of Kids' WB dawning.

I loved this show as a kid and wish they'd release a DVD set already.
These are the kind of educational stuff I'd like to see more of instead of Litton's crap.

One day I'm gonna marry this girl Sure, but the censor gal might be the one with the fun repressed side to uncover. Food for thought. Kidding aside, it was a pretty good show. It had stiff competition but I think it was better than a lot of stuff on at the time, too. Above Average, I'll put it. That said, there were a ton of jokes kids would never get, like having Cesar be Frank Sinatra, and Dean Martin as Marc Anthony.
