Isn't that enough? I wish it were, but in the Hollywood of today I don't see it. I'll add in that even though he's never been an Avenger, I'd mark huge if Death's Head put in an appearance on AoS, sort of like he's the "Completed" version of Deathlock. Only if its the first one who talks like this, yes? (I actually used to like deaths head II, until i got a chance to read the stories of the original death's head that is).

Most logical answer: Spider-Man, Wolverine, Beast, and the Fantastic Four (pretty sure all four have been members at some point).

Marvel should pull a Scott Lang and introduce Tara King into the MCU instead. /She wasn't that bad...

I do want to say though, after the GotG end credits cameo, absolutely anything is possible.

All I know of Death's Head is that before he wound up in the Baxter Building, he was hired to kill the Doctor and steal the TARDIS. So if they can get him in, I'm all for it.

I'm also going to guess Janet Van Dyne... and I'm not happy about that.

He was also a bounty hunter for the Transformers. He has a very weird history. I could see Sentry showing up, but not as a hero. He would have to have a villain role similar to what Hyperion is doing in the cartoon. Wasn't David Letterman once an honorary Avenger?

Honestly, if BBC were even remotely savvy about this, they'd be trying their hardest to get the Doctor & the TARDIS in for even a brief cameo role. It's already become pretty popular in the states, but that could raise the franchise's stock even more and be just down right amazing to see.

Beast, Storm, Rouge, Agent Venom Cannonball... No way. Cannonball is a must grab prospect for the Avengers or any other superhero team. Now Starfox, I don't see him showing up anytime soon. Unless Nintendo teams up with Disney and they make a movie about the other Starfox. (Man, a game Starfox movie would rock.)

He was also a bounty hunter for the Transformers. He has a very weird history. He was created by Simon Furman and Geoff Senior specifically to be a Transformers character. However, Marvel forced them to do a one page strip of him first that appeared as a backup in Marvel UK comics. That way, the character would be property of Marvel instead of Hasbro. They then used the Doctor Who story to transition him from Transformers to the regular Marvel Universe via dimension hopping and stuff. Marvel did a similar thing with Circuit Breaker. Budiansky created her for Transformers, but they had her appear in one page of Secret Wars to make sure she was a Marvel property. Since then, they haven't done anything with her except keep her away from Transformers. I'm glad they at least make an effort with Deaths Head sometimes though.

Wasn't David Letterman once an honorary Avenger? No, just a guest star in an issue.

Moon Knight. A 2015 audience would probably see him as a Batman knockoff (which is probably why we also wont see the squadron supreme in the MCU either, even though them being knockoff versions of DC characters was pretty much the point, at least to begin with).

I want Agents Of Shield to put the spotlight on more of the cool second string & obscure Marvel characters
For example, a guy named Dane Whitman could come into possession of the Ebony Blade.

Heck Spider-man for ages was never an avenger member. I don't believe that was the question. It was simply which (comic book) Avengers would never appear in the MCU, not necessarily *AS* Avengers. Hell, one former Avenger (honorary, but officially so) even showed up as one of the villains in Guardians.
