Or maybe the voting was....rigged! I agree on Ozymandias, though. He only caused the end of the world. Those other folks ahead of him are much worse. /Sarcasm. The most evil people are the ones who think they're doing good.

Awww, you're just mad 'cause you got killed for wanting to expose the truth, Rorschach. So New York got destroyed. BIG DEAL! It costs too much there anyways. He stopped a nuclear war, he did. He's the greatest hero of our times.

And take Stewie Griffin off the list. A sucky one-joke character from a sucky two-joke show! I was glad to see "Hot Rod" up there.

But how many other supervillians actually NOT ONLY get away with it, but have the balls to crush their enemy verbally while doing so?

I'm just glad Herr Starr made the list. But he got outranked by Heather Locklear! Heather Locklear! And she beat out Leatherface, too! BLASPHEMY!

IMO, Vader should've been #1, the 3 prequels definately pansied him up a lil bit.

That's so great that Piper made the list.
And I personally agree with The Joker being #1. I think he's a perfect choice. Joker is timeless.

Thank you ever so much for pointing that out. Kefka is the most evil character ever created, excepting perhaps the Devil and a few Shakespearean villains, and even they have more motivations. Kefka has almost none... just concentrated evil.

I guess when arguing about the greatest heel of all time, you could say Roddy Piper made the list of the top 100 villians. Pretty sweet.

Their list didn't have any rhyme or reason. Period. It was just a jumble of characters ranked by how cool the WIZARD staff thought they were.
Not the way I would have done it, but there you go.

If D&D characters were eligible (being that it was Wizard magazine, that is no surprise), where in the hell is Vecna or Raistlin Majere? Also, how in the hell did Serpentor make the list and Cobra Commander (not from the cartoon, but the comic books) did not?
I do think that they got it right to have Starscream higher than Megatron, though. He is a far more interesting character.

Have you actually read the article? I have, and it seemed well put together to me. Though, I do have some problems with.
