I love that the only promotion Morgan Webster works for in the States is PWG of all places.

Due to a PayPal error in overselling tickets, PWG have finally been forced to move out of the American Legion Hall in Reseda for the next show on March 23rd - they'll now be at the Globe Theater in Los Angeles, which can hold up to 1,700! www.prowrestlingsheet.com/pwg-venue-change/

There's other reports that claim the Globe only holds just under 800, but it's still a bigger building and more chances for fans to get tickets at future shows.

Yeah, looked like a totally different show. When I wrote that the change of venue was absolutely planned, earlier in the thread, I meant there was no way it wasn’t, due to NJPW weekend.

great for PWG drawing a larger crowd, great that more people get to get in to see it live (and not have to stand all night while missing a good deal of the show, especially all the high points and spots on the floor, because everyone with a chair is standing and blocking the view), but I'm going to be slightly selfish and say I prefer the Legion Post.
that don't look like no PWG I know! that looks like some of that wXw. that looks like one of them there British shows in the Liverpool Olympia.
what's with them red lights and that backdrop? you going Hollywood on me, PWG?! the native lighting of the Legion Post looks warm and inviting. that just looks hollow and fake.
and what's with the people in the balcony. sure they have a great view, but they're missing out on the true PWG experience. they're missing out on high fiving a wrestler as they try to sneak over to the commentary booth shaped like a table. they're missing out on running for their lives when a wrestler goes for a dive. my first PWG show, I was so close to the action that when Nick Jackson spit out his gum it bounced off my knee. someone's first show and they're sitting in the balcony, what are they gonna say? "It was great! I was so close Will Ospreay pointed in my general direction!"
so kudos on you success PWG, but don't stray too far from home

And was the commentary booth still shaped like a table!?!?!?! I asked Rick Know on Facebook but he never answered me and it's giving me anxiety.

hey, gotta protect those pitchers. bruises and broken bones heal, but if one of those pitchers goes down then you gotta get some paper towels to clean it up, and you gotta get around everyone to get the bar (and god help you if you're not in the front row, cause you got about an inch and a half maximum of walk space). then you get to the bar and what if there's a line. that's another five to fifteen minutes waiting, at which point you gotta navigate past everyone back to your seat, all why praying someone else doesn't go for a dive, cause when everyone scatters there's a chance they could bump into you and you spill. that is the PWG i know! also, if you click on the photo you'll see that right in front of the giant PWG logo is the hardcam, and next to it is a table-shaped object which looks as though it may be utilized as a booth for commentary purposes. and while we're at it, we may as well go ahead and post the results (via Cagematch): {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}1. Joey Janela beat Rey Horus
2. Brody King beat Douglas James, Eli Everfly and Jake Atlas in a four-way
3. Dezmond Xavier & Zachary Wentz beat Bandido & Flamita
4. Will Ospreay beat Adam Brooks
5. Jonah Rock beat Jeff Cobb
6. Zack Sabre Jr beat Matt Riddle
7. Keith Lee beat Chuck Taylor (c) to win the PWG World Championship

Also, what is this theater's stance on recycling?
I only ask because the last time Guerilla ran outside the Legion Hall was Kurt Russellreunion 3, and the hotel did NOT recycle, which made the venue the biggest heel of the night.

i recall, i was at KRR3. we didn't get the speech. we didn't get the speech! the bastards! you wanna pump up the crowd? don't count backwards from ten and tell them to cheer loudly. you tell them to live every week like its Shark Week, and live every day like its Earth Day and RE-CY-CLE!!! boom, massive pop (and a "recycle" chant)
