If there's one thing I hate, it's people settling longtime scores and acknowledging continuity. If there's one thing people don't want, it's what they say they want. Continuity, for instance: people clamor for it, and when Bryan goes away and returns to finish the feud that he was in when he left (kayfabe because that exact guy injured him), the reaction is never "I'm glad WWE respected the storyline that was interrupted and stuck with continuity" but NOOOOOOOOO, not that, please not that. I don't think anyone wanted the storyline to begin in the first place, so why would they be happy with it continuing just for the sake of continuity. I mean, do you get excited for the sequel to a movie that you thought was shit?

^ To me it was originally a feud to mark time coming out of WM: then he would have probably gone on to giving Orton and Batista their shots in some order or fashion. It was just to give a few months separation before rolling back into the same matches.
Then he went on a honeymoon, his father died and his injury cropped up.
I don't see any reason that he shouldn't finish off what was started, especially considering Kane is one of the safest guys on the roster and he has at the very least some ring rust to shake.

Where is Smackdown Live from this week? Out of the Boston/NE area, or did they manage to get the TD Garden quickly for Thursday?

Just a thought...spoilering because {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Could be a way to write Kane out with a decisive loss and get him off TV, while at the same time introduce someone who should be in the Kane or Big Show spot instead.
I mean the rumor is that Sheamus is supposed to be DB's WM opponenet. Might as well kill 2 birds with one stone, get Sheamus in the authority where I think he'll thrive as a heel and set up his feud.
Either that or hire Drew Mac back, think he'd be great in this spot too. He's been killing it since he left, I kinda miss the guy. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}That would actually be a great way to reintroduce him. Maybe they tease that he's coming to Bryan's aid only to have him turn. Anything is better than unceremoniously stuffing Bryan in a casket. I think they might literally set the place on fire if that happens.

If page one is any indication, then I am the only one looking forward to this match.
