I'm not going to lie, I've always hated the Legion of Super Heroes. But something made me pick up TPBs of them lately. Call it morbid curiosity, and hope it passes. Do you have any suggestions, recommendations, things like that? The Great Darkness Saga and The Curse are a good place to start.

I believe you guys are referring to Stjepan Sejic. I'm not a big fan of his writing, but I love his art, especially his Witchblade run. And Rat Queens is one of my favorite books anyway so I'm really looking forward to it. Also, for those that love his work, he's currently the cover artist for DC's He-Man series.

Just ordered trades of Black Science and Deadly Class from Amazon. I loved East of West and I want to get more into Image throughout the year.

At first I figured it was ending just to make room for tie-ins than would resume, but David's comments about wanting to write SW2099 as long as Marvel allow him pretty much seem to confirm Miguel's book is done in his mind.

Everything at Marvel is done, they will use the Battleword stuff to launch another range of #1s, even for the series' that have literally just started.
When Marvel look at the market, all they hear is:
(as any business does, but I just love that clip and the late, great Tony Jay)

What does everyone reckon about the other big development in Superman this week? New power, and new costume aside {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Clark revealed his identity to Jimmy Olsen.
Seems this is becoming a staple of Romita Jr runs (as proven last time by Aunt May in ASM with JMS) {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}

I actually like Bendis on X-Men. Of course, I'm a Bendis fan, so...there's that. He's sticking with Marvel, so I hope he gets something interesting.

Well I haven't read any DC since Flashpoint, let alone any Superman, so I can't speak about any new costume or power. Unless they're bringing back Electro-Supes. Are they bring bringing back Electro-Supes? Please tell me they're bringing back Electro-Supes! It's time for DC to cater to my misplaced nostalgia instead of theirs!!! But back on topic, about the spoiler - {Spoiler}I'm in favor of it. The whole "keeping a secret identity from your closest friends and family" idea is insanely outdated, and any benefits you get from it are outweighed by its drawbacks. I don't know how they're portraying Jimmy Olson anymore, but based on the versions of the character I've seen, I think there's more good storytelling to be had at this point with him in the know then him playing the comic relief fool. Now, where's my Chloe Sullivan comic?
