Hopefully not in the way of Kofi Kingston. Dude is a rarebreed of a pure Babyface who'll never turn heel like Ricky The Dragon Steamboat or Rey Mysterio.

If they marginalise Daniel Bryan, they'll do the same to Sami Zayn.

As others have said, it depends on his booking. I would hope he'd be as well-received in main WWE shows as he is in NXT and booked as strongly. As we've seen, it all comes down to Vince and whether he's a Vince sort of guy.

Very true but there's a definite glass ceiling if Vince doesn't want him as champ. Even with Bryan it was an extreme situation and they only did it because they essentially had to

More than good enough to be the champ. Depends on the booking but a Zayn win over a dominant heel champ to take the title would be a feel good moment to end all feel good moments.

I think people often over look the fact that wwe largely pushes hard workers.
Cm-punk, Dolf Ziggler, Chris Jerico, and Daniel Bryan all have had main title pushes . There's nothing showing that Sami Zayn will not main event in some way...

Honestly in my opinion it is either world champion Or he's joining the Ryder line depending on whether Vince is in the creative picture at the time or not.

Zayn is doing fantastic in NXT and is bigger than Daniel Bryan, size wise. Not that much bigger, but he is.
So I expect him to be a world title contender or world champion in the future unless things out of his control get in the way.

He'll be a WWE WHC, that's certain. But after seeing what happened to Punk and Bryan, I don't know what makes people think that WWE will ever look as him as "The Guy".

Barring bad luck, as far as he damn well pleases.
To give an idea of just how talented he is, Chris Hero was having a conversation with Paul Heyman while the 2/3 Falls Cesaro vs Zayn match was on. Action spills to the outside, and while Heyman is talking, Zayn leaps through the ropes in the corner for a tornado DDT on Cesaro. Paul Heyman stops mid-speech and just watches, stunned.
Zayn made Paul Heyman, notorious motor-mouth who has been in the business virtually his entire adult life, who has seen just about everything you can see in the squared circle, awestruck and speechless.

Same as any other talented performer... as far as the crazy old man running the show will let him.

He'll get exactly as far as Daniel Bryan did. And he'll eventually used to make Roman Reigns look REALLY strong.

I don't know. I think he'll be eaten alive as a face. As a heel he could go far

I honestly don't know, even if Vince fell in love with him. I hope he connects with fans, it'd be a good sign.
He's not a "look at how perfect he is" alpha face, so he at least has that over Reigns, plus he's great in the ring so I know he's not going to be booed. But he is a generally pleasant and kind hearted character, not what you'd call "edgy"- so are we sure that won't f*** him with some older crowds once he's facing darker characters like Wyatt or Ambrose, or once the Owens feud gets into high gear?
