2014 got way too depressing. I realized at 2013's Bound For Glory just how f***ed they were, but I stuck around in the aftermath to see. But by the time they got cancelled on Spike, I was done following it in any serious capacity, only watching for the thread and to rip on it. But even that got to be no fun, and since they got on DA I can't get back into a regular habit of watching it again, simply because of how bad it is and how little anything that happens seems to mean.

2007.
I was really into TNA from the end of '04 to late '06 mostly for Joe, AJ and Daniels plus quite a few other high-points. Then Sting took Samoa Joe's shot at the title at BFG and soon after The Samoan Submission machine lost to Kurt Angle. I drifted away soon after, guess it must have been early 2007. I still checked in now and again and briefly got back into it late 2009 but then Hogan & co came and ruined it.
Any good PPVs from last year? I notice Sky has a few On Demand so may watch one to see how things have been.

2014 cause I got no way to way to watch it on my TV that doesn't require more of an investment than paying for my cable package.

Honestly the end of 2013 was the last draw. When I found out AJ was living, That's pretty harsh... LOL. Yeah my bad. I meant Leaving. fixed it.

Hogan and Bishoff chased me away in 2010. I watch a bit her and there and thankfully missed a lot of stupid crap like Immortal.
Hoagn was out having back surgery in 2012 I think and I was glued to it every week. It was actually pretty good. But then he came back and chased me off again.
When he was finally gone, I celebrated on this very board with all of you.
I was very optimistic about TNA's future believing that the worst was finally behind them. I knew they had a limited budget and a lot of name wrestlers would be leaving, but I still thought they had enough left to get the ball rolling.
God was I wrong. Dixie was a complete idiot and when she insisted in keeping Russo around! Not to mention released Daniels and Kazarion, without even offering them anything!!!!! I knew it was over in late 2013.
Never watched even a minute of TNA again and I am now just waiting to buy my copy of "The Fall and bigger Fall of TNA"

I've quit 'em several times but I have come to accept I will also always return. It is wrestling and it is going to take something horrible to drive me away from a company for good.

TNA is too unintentionally funny for me to "give up" on, I still enjoy watching it- but mainly to make fun of it. I haven't taken then seriously since the THEY angle.

Whenever it was that Roode didn't beat Angle so as not to over shadow Hulk Hogan turning face.
That was such a f*** you from TNA to it's fans.

Didn't Hogan say something like he didn't think Roode was ready?

fall-ish 13 through pretty much all of 14 was some of the worst wrestling TV that I've ever seen. From CM Styles to Corporate Magnus to Dixie going through a table to champion EY to a glorified ONO at BFG it was a punishing year that finished me Mortal Kombat style.
Lashley was kicking ass though, so there was that.

I still don't get why they turned Austin Aries into CM Punk Lite when he was having a good babyface run with the title. Also I liked Magnus, he has the look of a champ and carry himself like one and I saw big potential in his run but when you book his weakly as you did, you ruin all his credibility.

Still haven't. Been watching the company since '05. It's pretty amazing really. For all I (and many others) shit on TNA, I've never even taken a break from the company. In fact in the time I've been continously watching TNA, I've taken three breaks from WWE (including one hiatus almost four years in length). I don't know what that says about WWE, TNA or me but I do think it speaks to how bad WWE can be at times, how good TNA can be at times but most of all how high my tolerance for terrible TV is providing it includes wrestling. Same. I'll lay low and maybe take break for a month or two, then catch up on DVR. I've been watching since the beginning. I did give up the most hope in 2010 when Hogan and Bischoff ruined everything. They took away our ring, put crap talent over established TNA talent, by time Immortal came along I was numb to it. I kept watching but prayed for the day they would finally leave. Sucked because 2009 was a stellar year for TNA. Ratings were solid, the stories and booking were solid. Then Hogan. It's like they came into a growing town, burnt and pillaged and left a couple years later this damaged place that hasn't been able to recover. I did take about a 6 month break this year do to not having cable for awhile, so I recently caught back up for the year 2014. I was intrigued to see if the praise Lashley was getting with MVP as his mouthpiece was warranted so the last thing I remembered about him was "we love Bobby!" From getting worked by Hogan to letting A.J go Dixie Carter is an absolute moron. So I lost A.J. but gained Spud. And the dude that plays Manik is hot so there's that. Also I now have Josh Matthews to look at again which is always win. I at least still have an alternative and I look for the bright sides. If the company does indeed die one day I will be extremely sad. And hate Dixie Carter more.
