Legit thought the Doritos pig was going to blow up too.

And a coach who doubles as a mascot for a popular sweetened drink. Oh Yeah.

I don't think a bunch of short passes to wide open receivers is enough. It's kind of why I'll never consider Mayweather Jr. the best boxer of all time. He can win as many fights as he wants, but how you win and who you beat is far more important. The most important stats are wins and passing TDs and Brady has a number of them. Yep. How you win is completely irrelevant. THAT you win is the only thing important. Only Montana has a valid argument that he's better. They're 1 and 1a. Slot em however you wish.

Butler should have been MVP. It was one play but it was literally the difference in the game.

Legit thought the Doritos pig was going to blow up too. I thought the kid would die Appolo 1 style while building the rocket.

Legit thought the Doritos pig was going to blow up too. I the very least I thought it would be dead. I have no idea how the pig survived that and not even having a scratch was shocking. Not showing the landing leaves a lot of unanswered questioned.

You can't compare stats from this era to anything prior to 2005. The game and league is much different. Its like the players that break passing records in college. That's nice and all, but when you consider for over 100 years, football was all about running the ball and only throwing when needed, it makes it look worthless.
That's why I think trying to compare say this Patriots team to the 2001 team is unfair. They played in a different league and era.

Anyone else think of "Truckasaurus" from the "Bart The Daredevil" episode of The Simpsons when Katy Perry came out on that mechanical tiger at the start of halftime?

The problem with Art's boxing analogy is that boxers have the power to pick and choose their own opponents at will. Football players play who's in front of them. So yes, Mayweather's stats look great because he picked the opponents bad enough to make his stats look great. Not the same with Brady.

I believe we are all in agreement that the Nationwide kids commercial is probably one of the worst, if not the worst, Super Bowl Commercials ever.

The other side though, they have played in a division with 3 of the most inept franchises in recent history. But yeah...it's a 1a 1b situation with Brady/Montana for me. Really is tough comparing QBs from different eras. Totally different game with totally different rules.

You know, I didn't want the Patriots to win, but that's not the thing that has pissed me off about this Super Bowl. It's Nationwide. F*** you, Nationwide. I will never buy insurance from you ever.

Arguably Superbowl but there have but a lot of bad ones but it is not worse than the Pop tart commercial where a nurse eats a poptart couples newborn poptart baby in front of them. That one makes me sick to my stomach every single time I see it.
