Tekken 8, the new Yakuza game, Rise of the Ronin, and GOW: Ragnarok were the standouts to me

It should be noted that Like a Dragon: Ishin! is not a new game, but a remake of a PS3 game.

Yes, Ishin actually came put before Yakuza 0 did. It just never was exported.

Didn’t think they’d ever give us Ishin, sign me up for that and God of War. Those look great.

I hope there's more NJPW stuff in Tekken 8. The Bullet Club and CHAOS stuff in T7 was fun.

Well, if Jun is ever going to return, it has to be this game.

Decent enough sale
Might finally buy The Quarry since it like $40 and I have been wanting Tekken 7 for a min just never bought it (Don't Judge me). Deciding between one or the other or might just get both

Finally playing GOW. It's as great as everyone said. My only complaint would be the enemies are a bit repetitive.

Finished RE: Biohazard the other day and yeah that game was awesome. I do agree with the consensus that it kinda falters in the second half but that first half in the house was great stuff.

Part way through Resident Evil Village.
Great game-- the doll house bit was awesome.
Not a big fan of Moreau, the giant fish bit is more annoying than scary or fun.
Solid game though.

Picked up Jedi Fallen Order, the Shadow of Mordor 2 game collection, and finally Ghost of Tsushima
Ghost of Tsushima is probably jumping to the front of my lengthy backlog

Picked up Jedi Fallen Order, the Shadow of Mordor 2 game collection, and finally Ghost of Tsushima Ghost of Tsushima is probably jumping to the front of my lengthy backlog Fallen Order is great, more difficult than you would expect though. The first Mordor game is better than the sequel which gets repetitive, and Ghost of Tsushima is still on my 'I'll get round to playing it someday' list.
-----------
My own backlog is about to increase by one, as I see that Lost Judgment is on sale for half price, so I'll be adding that to my list of Yakuza games to play. I'm currently heading towards the end of Yakuza 0, which I've been having great fun with. With all the practice, I even completed Out Run for the first time ever in the decades that I've been playing it.

I'm relatively new to the Playstation plus service so could somebody please help me out? I downloaded Red Dead Redemption 2 a couple of months ago. Now it has just been removed from the playstation plus service, but I was under the impression that as long as you downloaded the game before it got taken down, you get to keep it for as long as you have an active subscription. Have I got that badly wrong or is this just a temporary error? Please say it's a temporary error

There is a way to get an extra week I believe if you take your console offline but then the game stops working anyway cause it can’t verify if it’s good to play.

So I heard some talk about Ape Escape 2 being really bad on PS5 and just checked it out for myself. And... Yeah, the fact that they're continuing to sell it and have it on PS Plus with it running like it does on PS5 is pretty inexcusable. Especially given it's entirely possible to emulate it on Xbox with no problem, just makes it feel like they just don't care.

The factory in Resident Evil 8 is a slog.
Too long and the enemies--those stupid half zombie half robot things are lame as hell.
I miss the castle and the doll house. The castle was super interesting, the doll house creepy as hell. The game falls apart a bit after the Doll House. Moreau and the dam was mediocre. The factory is just a bore.

I wasn't a huge fan of 8. Felt like they tried to do too much just like in 6 (though, it's still way better than 6).
