The PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for January are: ➕ A Plague Tale: Requiem ➕ Evil West ➕ Nobody Saves the World Full details: play.st/47d8l9iThat’s a bomb month, ngl. Gonna absolutely play Requiem and Evil West … I started Requiem on XB, but I like the idea of both completed games being on the same console.

I’ve had a PS5 since a few months after it came out and Horizon Forbidden West is I think one of the first times I’ve truly been blown away by graphics
Im not saying this as a criticism of other games because most games I’ve played have looked great and I’m not a graphics guy (in terms of details etc) normally but goddam Forbidden West looks gorgeous. Everytime I watch a cutscene I keep on noticing how good it is

I hate the Alan Wake DLC more than anything else I’ve played in recent memory. I got the 2nd one with a Christmas gift card, so I figured I’d beat that before going on.
Big mistake. I barely want to even play the game after this bullshit.

Anyone have the issue where you stream a PS4 game and it doesn't work but if you download it works just fine

Finished it tonight and yep. Hyped for sequel Clocked in around 80 hours. I think I’ve still got a couple of rebel camps to find and finish that side story arc but that’s it really Would be even longer but i didn’t bother with the ruins, fighting pits etc The DLC I almost bought on sale at start of year but decided to hold off and kinda glad I did as think I’d be just slogging my way through it but I’ll defo get it in future Onto Resident Evil village next

I enjoyed Forbidden West but was definitely ready for it to finish a few hours before it did.

My exposure to Horizon is I played the opening of Zero Dawn and then subsequently never touched it again. Gave it a whirl but it kind of just feels like very distinctly not my thing.

I enjoyed Forbidden West but was definitely ready for it to finish a few hours before it did. I’m slowly chipping away at it. I enjoy it when I play, but it doesn’t blow me away.

I enjoyed Forbidden West but was definitely ready for it to finish a few hours before it did. I quite Forbidden West early on. As soon as I, the biggest hero in the lands, got a quest given to me by a chef to go and find him some parts in a scrap heap so he could cook food. Just soured me on it, if the game is going to put zero effort into making enjoyable side quests (and you got skill points for doing side quests, so i got the feeling if I didn't do them and just did the main missions I would be seriously underpowered) then I'm not going to bother with it. Seriously, Aloy is a hero. She has better stuff to do than go and get some f***ing ingredients for a lazy chef.

So I've finally purchased and downloaded Baldur's Gate III. It was odd that they didn't do a physical release for it.

Danganronpa is really good, but has its moments of annoyingness.
The "octagon" puzzle is f***ing stupid.

Danganronpa is really good, but has its moments of annoyingness. The "octagon" puzzle is f***ing stupid. Oh yeah, the octagon is one of the most infamous puzzles in the series. The game really poorly communicates what it expects from you at that point. Feel like all of the games have their moments like that but 2 feels the most egregious. Though the most obtuse puzzles are probably the back routes in V3, which are fortunately entirely optional at least but the game gives you little indication they even exist, they don't really change anything, and in some cases they involve doing essentially the same things you'd do to proceed normally so if you're trying to get them and don't want to just look them up they can be annoying.

The only thing I know about any of those games is that Foamstars is a blatant Splatoon ripoff and the creators keep getting really mad if you point it out.

Are they going to show any more games today or just keep looping footage of whatever this is? It's been like 10 minutes.
