This has got to be the least excited I've ever been for a WrestleMania. Goldust and Stardust is nice, but even that's just a possibility. I was interested in Goldust vs Stardust until FastLine wherein it was shit. |

Yeah cause who wants the IC title to mean something again? Clearly not the IWC despite complaining that it means nothing for years, now. There was a few weeks when Dolph had the IC title and, shockingly, there WAS a bit of hope with it. He WON matches as champ, he took on everyone, he talked the talk. Except that was the first time that happened in literally 5-6 years. And it went because Dolph didn't ask about a date or something. We've had so many false dawns that, at this point, this is just going to be another one. It's a way to get the crowd to care about the IC title again before he jobs to everyone and wins on PPV matches and no one cares. I would love to be wrong, I haven't exactly been shown I'm not, though. |

It's too bad Big E got booked into hell. I'd love to see him in the revitalized IC Title division.

I think anyone that regularly watches the product could easily have come up with the exact same card.

So it's one month until the literal biggest show of the year, and most of these matches haven't been announced yet.
Two more weeks and they'll be into TNA territory on that.

So if it goes that way:
* All of the belts would be defended at WM (probably the tag titles on the preshow, but that's not as lousy a spot as it used to be with the advent of the Network)
* The U.S. title -- one of those dreaded midcard championships -- is being made to look important, as is the IC to some degree with some very over guys competing for it
* Cena is not involved in the main event (for the second year in a row)
* Younger talent like Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins in important spots
* Sting!!!!!!!
Yep, I can see why people who have been asking for these kind of things aren't happy.
Oops, forgot: presumably, the big belt is coming off of a part-timer, answering another common complaint.

I wish WWE had some active talented black workers so they didn't have to do stuff like this. If Mark Henry were still around, I could've pictured him in the IC Title match without it feeling forced. Implying that Big E, Xavier, And Kofi aren't talented. Smh Well, Xavier isn't. Yeah cause who wants the IC title to mean something again? Clearly not the IWC despite complaining that it means nothing for years, now. It takes more than just one thing to make a belt matter, and in the interim, it just makes whoever has the thing look like they're being demoted. Granted, every belt in the company right now is completely lacking in credibility other than maybe the Divas title. The tag one is just an endless abyss of the same two teams facing each other every week for months, the US title's never defended, the Intercontinental champion never wins, and the WWE title might as well not exist. |

Y'know the funniest thing about this to me?
Bryan shouldn't win that IC Title match. It needs elevating but he is currently too big to elevate it without it feeling weird. It'd be like if Cena in 2007 suddenly won the IC title, or Undertaker. Or if Lesnar went after it. It doesn't elevate the title so much as diminish him and make you go "Why's he doing this?".
Therefore, I don't want him to win the match. But if he loses that match, he's STILL diminished by it. It's lose/lose. His fall is too ridiculous for me to even feel sad, assuming this speculation is true.
